Extensive renovations are required or lower your prices! This place felt more like a 1990s hotel then a resort!

I liked that the property had wifi, a clean room and snow.

It’s in desperate need of an upgrade for what is charged!

Very poor

The bed was ok, that was the only good thing.

Poor service. Advertised they have a restaurant with breakfast available in the morning. The woman at the desk was not helpful at all, I did not have a vehicle & had already walked back to this motel. Not even the offer of a sandwich, I had to walk back to town then back in the dark to find a meal. Will definitely not be staying there again or recommending it to my company for future stays. Most disgusted to pay $310 for one night in this place.

The wifi was not working. The aircon was main switch off on arrival so waited 1 hour to fix. The hot water was not on on arrival so waited 2 hours to fix. There was no microwave

Waste of money, Very disappointing

Good location. Large rooms

Very disappointing stay, alot of money for a good location and very uncomfortable unhygienic stay. It has so much potential but seems very run down. Showers were awful, broken tiles and water kept loosing pressure and going cold . Rooms were dirty, there was Mouse poo on the beds. The common area was dirty and it wasn't the homely feel that the photos show. Doors didnt close properly to the bathroom. The front door was so cracked that the cold air came pouring in.

Location, quiet

Service was poor - seemed inadequately staffed even considering not peak season but if paying full rates still expect a certain level of service. Need to offer more than International Roast coffee! Room for 5 but only 2 mugs and glasses. Breakfast not worth paying for. Did not even receive breakfast on 2nd morning as staff didn’t show up. Still waiting for refund.

The fridge was broken No water in bathrooms in the morning.on complaining the service offered to use other bathroom which was on the other side of the resort. Basic necessity must be available hence bad review
