Worst manager. Very poor.

Nothing. Worst experience of booking ever on booking.com

The manager asked to check the price. When I said that it's showing 654+ taxes. He asked me to cancel the booking and have room directly at a high price. After calling again and again, he told me to wait for his response and he didn't respond till next morning.

This property and staff is useless and waste of money. Reviews and ratings are not correct.

Property looks decent when you check online but in reality its a third class private run lodge. There is no hotel board outside and looks like someone rented an old home and running it as hotel. Property is old and amenities doesn’t work. - AC does not work. I had 2 rooms and ac were not working in the night during summer when temperature is around 40 deg. Staff don’t have any emergency maintenance. - Bathrooms are really old. Tap doesn’t work it leaks and water is salty more than normal amount. - Rooms were not clean on checkin. Found hairs on bed sheet and pillow cases. Had to ask maintenance to replace everything. - Bathroom amenities include a single towel which was also stained and I had to ask twice to replace it. We were 6 people and staff only provided 2 towels. My experience with this property is pathetic. Don’t go with the online reviews and ratings, it seems to be unreal or paid review. You can find better property in this price. Staff was no helpful and we asked for changing the room but they were just useless. Don’t go for this.

First impression failure

We had a stay for Night but when we checkin came to know to know that the air conditioning was not working of the entire property. Then Mr. HARSH shifted us to a different property which was in sector 36 Noida. He was kind and the entire Staff of the New Property were very helpful and cooperative especial shout out to Mr. AMIT. Would definitely recommend my friends here.

Not at all special. Just pass.

Nothing in special. It is at a good location. Thats all

In spite of repeated requests, they didnt provide proper towels, etc... The Flush was not working properly and I had to repeatedly ask them to resolve it, but they didnt it. When I wanted to extend the stay for a day, they took cash, without any booking on booking.com
