If you’re going to Siem Reap to see the temples, I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. I felt like they really looked after us and were happy to help anyway they could. As an example, my friend and I were just sitting on a sofa near the restaurant as we planned out our day, and without asking, they brought over two glasses of cold water and lime. Also we arrived early, and we weren’t expecting to check in early, but they sorted us out anyway.

We loved this boutique hotel. First off the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The hotel has a main section where you eat which is just spectacular. High ceilinged and exotic. Breakfasts were very good in this room. It is not a buffet but rather you order from a menu. It was better than most buffets. We had dinner once there too and it was very good. The pool area is private and really nice. The room we had was big and very comfortable. We just loved the whole experience.

This is a hotel perfectly located amongst the attractions of Siem Reap. The facilities are impeccable, with spacious clean rooms, outside hosting a beautiful pool shaddowed by the trees of Siem Reap. Facilities aside, what makes this hotel so remarkable for me is the people whom work there. Every single staff member - no matter the day - has a smile on their face and cannot do enough to help you. Long - who works at the hotel and his team here have created a very special place to spend your special moments.

Pool in your Room! Amazing Service, Clean Rooms!

Where to start? Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, Steven in particular was super helpful in everything we needed help with involving our room, Angkor Wat tour, and help with other stuff throughout the stay. We booked the Suite with a pool and Spa and it was quite the experience to have a private pool in your room. Super secluded and big enough for 4 or 5 people for sure. Food was great at the hotel and so we’re the drinks. There was not a moment where I couldn’t find someone on the property to help me with whatever I needed. They helped us book a private tour with a van for our visit to Angkor Wat. All in all this is a must experience hotel if your planning on visiting this area don’t think twice, book this hotel!

The shower didn’t have a door so travelling with a friend made it difficult. One had to wait behind a curtain on the lounge while the other showered.

Fantastic Luxe hotel - a hidden gem

Fantastic luxe hotel! Perfect location central walking distance great bars and restaurants, extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to Long and his exceptional staff for their hospitality and delicious romantic dinner organised. The architecture was amazing with delicious Breakfast and dinner options. A hidden gem in the midst of the city. The rooms included all amenities. Our room with the pool and sauna was exceptional Would definitely return!

A lovely honeymooner's retreat

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The rooms and facilities were all exceptionally clean. We stayed here a week in the residence suite, and having a nice private space to retreat to in the heat of the afternoon made for a very relaxing holiday.

Book this hotel - you won’t regret it

I would 100% recommend this hotel. It was so good I extended my stay. The suite was reasonably priced and clean, tidy and fresh. Every single member of staff I encountered was phenomenal. The spa was great and in a good location close to all main attractions. The restaurant was good value and tasty too. Thank you 🙏🏻

Decent - unsure if basic rooms are justified by the price(s). just ugprade to a "better" room

Location, warm staff. Felt taken care of, and on a safe premise. Looked forward to heading back to the space after a day, knowing the rooms would have been updated.

TV wasnt working during time of stay. Unit next door was noisy late at night. Some facilities in the space could have been checked on, before next guests' stay.

Stylish. friendly and safe resort style accommodation

beautiful boutique style accommodation with all modern facilities. rooms with AC were large and modern toilets. restaurant food was lovely and a mix of Cambodian and Western food. we had limited time and organized our tour through agent at hotel. She listened to what we wanted and the price was as competitive if we did it ourselves. we didn’t want a 10 hour day of temples so split it over 2. that was perfect for us. happy hour has a nice selection of cocktails that you can enjoy by the pool. The staff here are so welcoming, professional and Friendly. it’s a short walk into the park, some markets and shops or a $3 Tuk Tuk ride.

besides seeing the elephants conservation and the temples we should have allowed for a couple of rest days. they are big days of walking and heat and this place is just lovely to relax and recharge. we allowed 3 days and I would recommend 5 and enjoy Siem Reap and this resort a bit more.

Superb

This hotel allowed us to enjoy our holidays in Siem Reap for a good couple of days. Staff is the strongest point of that place. People are incredibly nice and helpful and go way beyond expectations. I really appreciate all efforts of guys working there. We visited the hotel during the world cup 2022. Despite I confirmed twice with someone if it will be possible to watch the match, transmission was cut in the middle of the game. But hey, I managed to use my phone with VPN connection (wifi and good quality access point provided in the restaurant) and transmit the image to their TV. On top of that, when they had to close the restaurant, after placing the last order for couple of beers, staff let me stay in the restaurant and watch the game. They gave me remotes and beers in the ice bucket. Thank you for that!!! My team lost btw :((( but at least staff made the failure a bit less painful :) I would like to share an advice to future Cambodia's enthusiasts. Remember where are you going. Even though you are staying in the premium places, be prepared that things might not be smooth and sometimes a little bit of patience and improvisation is needed. But again, here comes a helpful hotel staff, which is always happy to assist.

Water pressure was low and the water heater is too small to be able to take a warm bath. But! With helpful staff we organized additional big, electrical kettles and impossible became possible :)

Doesn’t look like the photos and hence not worth the high price

Location was good, but all the hotel in this charge rate has good location since it is a very compact and small town.

Disappointing experience not justifying 150-170 € per night charge in Cambodia. Pictures are manipulated and not aligned with reality. I booked 2 nights, but cancelled 2nd night and moved to Jaya River House for my 2nd night. Even tough i paid double for Jaya, i can easily say it’s worth it!

Amazing accommodation in Siem Reap

Dream-like room, the friendliest and kindest staff we have ever met. They also provide an amazing service for organizing local activities and renting service, which was very useful during our stay. Wide choice for breakfast and the quality of food is great. Lovely swimming pool and very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
