Terrible dirty rooms and unhelpful check-in staff

One of my colleagues that stayed at this property came away with a bed bug infestation. The rooms were the un renovated ones, and were nothing like the photos on the booking site. They smelt damp, were dirty and very run down. we will never stay here again. When asked if hey could upgrade the rooms and pay extra to do so they were told no rooms available and they could not upgrade. Staff at check in were uninterested and unhelpful.

My place to go when next in Dubbo. Close to the centre of town & excellent value

The airconditioning!. Superb. 40 plus days. Efficient & quiet.

Over the head bed lights are too bright. If one wants to read & the other sleep it doesn't work.

enjoyed the fest after driving from Broken Hill, but did not receive previous personal attention

motel is well located - close to Dubbo main street

B'fast was a disappointment as it was mainly catering for a bus group - I've stayed her more than a few times previously and breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard.

Filthy and disgusting

The room was putrid and smelt like wet dog. The cups and glasses were filthy with hair and lipstick around the rim, one bed had hair in it, there were dead cochroaches and a dead cricket, the carpet was filthy. The manager was rude didn't even care. As far he was concerned it wasnt his problem because I booked with a third party (booking.com) I wanted my money back and he told me I wouldn't get it back. This was really unacceptable and I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone 😡

Disappointing

property was easy to find .

the room and linen including blankets were bad smelling . Even the carpet of the room appears dirty wasn’t vacuum properly. Towel was also on bad odour.

easy to check in friendly staff 😊 breakfast the next day was good. young man who delivered it was very nice.

overall the property needs an update the shower was not good and it’s a bit dirty looking

Super convenient, quiet location, friendly staff.

Location provided easy access to CBD, walking distance to clubs/park etc. Rooms at rear of property were super quiet. Very little noise from arriving/departing guests and zero traffic noise noticed in ground floor room. Although travelling by car, I ride a motorcycle also, and noticed that room numbers 201 and 202 share an undercover roof area, perfect place to park bikes undercover and be virtually out of sight due to rear street access.

Clean and comfortable. Very handy for conference I had to attend.

Key got stuck in the lock and was very hard to open. I advised the staff and they were very happy to get it fixed.

it’s old but it’s good. very comfortable beds, had everything we needed for a family of 5. very good value for money and fantastic location. would definitely stay here again.

Great featured hotel in central Dubbo

Great location in central Dubbo. Large room with modern clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Foxtel a bonus. Walking distance to Dubo's main retail district.

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Cockroaches and bugs in bed. Shower leaking into main room.
