Tornereremo molto volentieri!

Ottima struttura/agriturismo, per gli amanti del relax, dove ritornerò sicuramente e volentieri. Staff eccezionale, piscine con acqua salata davvero piacevoli.

Riguardo alcuni cibi serviti per colazione, preferirei più prodotti locali. Le torte fatte in casa buonissime, anche se troppo dolci, ma sono gusti personali. Letti un pò corti in lunghezza, ma anche questo è soggettivo, sono alto più di 1.90m.

Fantastic experience

Nice and quiet hotel, away from the main road. Very good food at the restaurant. There was a fantastic pool located at the nearby hotel in the middle of lemon trees.

Un piccolo angolo di tranquillità

Staff molto amichevole e accogliente, la stanza era un mini appartamento con due camere e cucinino, più zona esterna privata. Belle e curate tutte le aree comuni, il giardino, il frutteto, la piscina. Buono il ristorante della struttura, atmosfera rilassata ma stilosa, è tutto molto curato.

La stanza bellissima e la colazione ottima… Lo staff preparato e accogliente. L’atmosfera molto familiare.

L’attesa per la cena un po’ troppo lunga…. anche se valeva la pena.

Heerlijke plek!!

Wat de een prachtig sfeervol aangelegd hotel. Nette ruime kamers, leuk zitje buiten. Mooi zwembad en fantastisch ontbijt. En dat op een heerlijk rustige locatie! Dicht bij het strand en Noto en een goede plek om Siracusa, Modica en Ragusa of Catania te bezoeken.

Amazing place surrounded by beautiful lemon trees

We had an amazing stay at Villa Felicia. The place is just stunning and surrounded by beautiful lemon trees and the facilities are so pretty and well maintained. You can feel it’s all done with a lot of love and everyone working there is so nice and helpful. Also the location is great to visit Noto and the beautiful beaches around, and the breakfast and food in the restaurant is so delicious. We felt really like home and can only recommended!

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Und da wir in der Vorsaison angekommen sind, bekamen wir ein Upgrade in ein tolles, großes Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk - mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Lage ist perfekt - über eine kleine Zufahrtsstraße kommt man zum großen Grundstück, zu dem Zitrusfrüchte-Haine gehören. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da die Gebäude weit genug von jeglichen Hauptstraßen entfernt liegen. Bereits im Voraus hatten wir per WhatsApp eine Wegbeschreibung bekommen, so kann man die Villa nicht verfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, der Pool (den wir nicht nutzten) sehr schön angelegt. An warmen Abenden kann man schön draußen sitzen, die Sitzplätze innen für das Frühstück und Abendessen sind auch sehr schön. Die kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt bei der Villa sind überdacht mit Solarpaneelen. Wir haben an einem Abend hier gegessen, es war sehr lecker und auch der uns empfohlene lokale Wein schmeckte sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, freies WLAN funktionierte gut auf unserem Zimmer. Dort hatten wir auch einen großen Kühlschrank und einen Safe und genügend Platz in einem Sideboard und dem Schrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Villa absolut empfehlen.

Wer unbedingt Strandkontakt möchte: Man kommt zu Fuß zum Strand, der ist aber etwas entfernt. Das war für uns aber kein Thema - es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln.

The most perfect countryside property with a gorgeous pool area

Beautiful property. If you're renting a car, it's the perfect place to stay in this region. While it's a simple property (minimal on-site dining aside from a fantastic breakfast), the pool area is perfect. The staff are also incredibly helpful, especially with navigating the local area. You're able to also access the property next door (5 min walk), which has an additional, bigger pool, and lunchtime snacks available. Both properties are so incredibly well looked after and a bonus that the car park is fully shaded.

Very relaxing place away from noisy streets in beautiful scenery around lemon trees. Big house with a tarrace. Very good breakfast!!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. the villa is beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. very nice garden with great swimming pool, surrounded by lemon trees. Staff is nice and super helpful. They gave us many recommendations. One of our best stays in Sicily!

Great place to stay!

Our cozy apartment with patio by the water fountain was just what we needed. The apartment ist very spacious with a well equipped kitchen (plus kitchen table and seating) as well as a huge bathroom (rain shower and bidet). For breakfast mostly typical Sicilian specialties are offered and can be enjoyed on the terrace under a ceiling of jasmine and wine… The hotel can arrange for an external massage to be booked (not a service by the hotel). The full body massage (Essenza di Sicilia) was one of the best I ever had…on our patio in the warm late summer breeze! The staff is extremely kind and so helpful, routes for running and restaurants in Noto were recommended. Our personal favorite place to eat at in Noto was Pizzeria and Trattoria Vicaria!

Friendly and helpful staff. Location - so near to Noto. Ability to use swimming pool facilities at their agrotourismo, almost next door. The breakfasts are fabulous

I would come back around October when the weather is cooler and definitely will get a rental car.

The hotel is great. The room is great for families.

We would have enjoyed more if we had rented a car. There are no places to have lunch in the area. The hotel next door serves sandwiches. For dinner, you have one option nearby (each plate is around 20 euros).

Superb

We had an issue with Booking.com and the staff was very friendly and did all they could to help us out. The owner is very attentive to client needs. The place is very well maintained and clean and very close to the beach. I would certainly recommended it.

I did not like Booking.com misleading marketing practices, very shameful for a company operating in the field for so many years. Villa Felicia was amazing.

the staff is trying very hard. Salvatore helped us a lot, he's wonderful!!!! the restaurant on the right, next to the exit, does not deserve attention, is unreasonably expensive. if you walk to the left about 500 m, there is an excellent inexpensive local restaurant

there were no glasses in the room. somewhat inconvenient serving of breakfast. there is not a single store nearby

It was a beautiful time. I would love to come back to Villa Felicia one day.

Great location in a quiet place very close to the beach. Lovely, very friendly and always smiling staff. The hotel has a lot of beautiful vegetation, citrus trees. Very good breakfast. Everything was buttoned up with the last button, well-maintaned and perfectly organised.

Don't change anything. Let everything be as it is.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at 1 km from the beach,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ´Guisy’ she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, restaurant bar and 2nd swimming pool (with see water) are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Giusy for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
