Great hotel in an excellent location

Very good hotel in an excellent location, close to train station and with a shopping mall downstairs containing many restaurants. We found the staff very helpful

Only thing which we did not like was that this hotel advertises the views from the top floor but charge an entrance fee of about $11.00 US each to gain access

Wonderful for business trips at the landmark tower

Central location in the CBD of Yokohama. Walking distance to two stations and the Pacifico centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious room with modern facilities. Nice view of the city and Mount Fuji (on very clear days). Free luggage service after check out.

Some of the covered paths to the stations are outdoor and could be quite hot during heat waves.

手違いでタイプが違って予約してたが空きがあったのでスムーズに変更して貰い感じ良かった

飲料の持ち込みが出来ないのにアイスタンブラーがあり氷のサービスだけ可能なのか、タブレットではサービス内容がわからず疑問のままでした

Inițial am rezervat o camera la atelier floor , iar ulterior am făcut upgrade pe booking , am primit o camera foarte veche și foarte murdara, iar prietenii noștri care au rămas la atelier floor au primit o camera mare și cu dotări noi.

ロケーション、景観が最高でした。またぜひ泊まりたいと思いました。

朝食時、レストランのスタッフさんの中で役職の上下に関わらず余裕のない方が何名か見受けられました。せっかくの素晴らしい眺望と美味しいお料理をゆっくり楽しみたかったのに、急かされているようで少し残念でした。時間に限りがあり急ぐ気持ちは分かりますが、接客だけは余裕を持ってなさった方がホテルの雰囲気には合っていると思います。

横滨地标的酒店，高处观景视野无敌！

位置很赞，60层以上的景致无敌！

入住时房间内的冰箱里还有之前的客人留下的没喝完的饮料，让我很不爽！联系前台后对方给我换了一间套房，但是景致差了一些，算是本次日本之行的小插曲！

A fantastic place to stay and we would happily come back.

Very helpful staff, stored luggage for us both before we arrived and after we checked out, arranged our transport to airport with pick up from hotel, beautiful location, fantastic access to shops, restaurants, Negishi JR Train line.

大満足

64階という今まで泊まったことの無い高層階での宿泊で、スカイツリーまで見えて眺望が最高でした。ホテル内どこも高級感と清潔感があり、スタッフさんの対応もとても好感が持てて快適に過ごすことができました。

朝食のバリエーション最高でした♪

バー営業の終了時間が22時30分。私がバーシリウスを行こうとしたのは22時40分。コロナの影響でその時間にしているとのことでしたが、お客様ファーストではない考えがある感じ否めなかったです。楽しみにしていた分とても残念でした。仕方なく部屋で飲もうとルームサービスを頼むためにフロントに連絡。コンビニでも売っている缶のウーロンハイ、ハイボールなどのものしかないとのことのこと、とても残念でした。ホテルの都合でバーの営業終了が早まるのは諦めますが、だとしたら部屋でオーダーできる飲み物のバリエーションを増やして欲しい。フロアーにアイスキューブエリアがあるのにも関わらずあまり意味をなしてない。ロイヤルパークに泊まっているのに酒をコンビニで買って行くわけもなく。とても残念な気持ちになりました。

Fantastic trip with royal park hotel here

The hotel is at the landmark plaza where I found the best お茶漬け and cupcakes in my life. The room’s air conditioning system works very well. I didn’t have cold toes and dry mouth in winter. The view at 50+ floor is something that cannot be missed

Good central location in Yokohama. Close to convention centre and no more than a few mins walk to a JR metro line. Views from the top floors were amazing, especially on a clear day - my room looked across the city. Breakfast was a grand affair with reasonable choices. Room was very comfortable.

We will stay here again!

We always stay here when we travel to Minatomirai. Great location (close to 2 different trains, JR and the subway), rooms have great views! We saw Mt. Fuji almost every day from our room. We could also see the Tokyo Sky Tree and the bay from our room. The city view at night is really beautiful! The staff is really nice!
