It needed to be updated and there a was faint damp smell in the room, along with a faint smell to the shower water.

Great place, location, and price.

The room was very spacious and clean! The property is located across the street from the beach. You will have access to free beach towels and beach chairs on the beach.

Overall stay was great and the staff were super helpful and friendly and excellent location!

Great location to both beach and restaurants/ retail. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with excellent customer service. Nice patio/ deck and it was not a huge resort with tons of kids or noise. Common areas were very clean too. Airconditioning was great!

Room itself was a bit outdated and could use some updating for the price. Bathroom smelled a little musty but likely from Sulphur and no fault of the staff. Would be nice if the resort sold snacks or sodas.

Servizio reception inadeguato: personale arrogante nel pretendere, neanche il tempo di arrivare e sistemarci, il saldo del pagamento della camera (con l’anticipo tra l’altro già pagato con 9 mesi di anticipo…). Risultato, mi hanno maldestramente bloccato la carta di credito e due giorni dopo ho dovuto forzatamente utilizzare la mia carta di debito per saldare il conto, perché continuavano a insistere e disturbare la mia vacanza perché a loro non risultava il pagamento. Ho fatto loro presente che non sarei scappato via senza pagare e che oltretutto avevano tutti i dati della mia carta, compreso il cvc. Niente da fare, un muro di incomprensione da parte di queste “piccole” persone così attaccate ai soldi e senza alcun rispetto per il cliente! Ps: colazione veramente scarsa, indegna, abbiamo sempre utilizzato ristoranti esterni.

The hotel is great, the rooms are large and it's very close to the beach. The washer/dryer also was very useful to help dry our clothes, as it's so humid it takes awhile to dry naturally. It's also walking distance from a few resorts which have restaurants and a quick drive to all the shops. The beach is absolutely beautiful!

The breakfast could use a little more variety - I don't think I'll be able to look at bagels for quite a while!

The pool was very good for kids

That unit needs to properly inspect for mold. Our first night in the room it very hard to sleep due to the mold in the room when the AC is on. Spoke with the staff in regards to the mold issue and they have no idea on what I was try to explain too them.

I like the villa very nice and big

I paid for the total cost before I ARRIVED. At check in the hotel told me I didnt pay the taxes on the room and I had to get a receipt from booking.com since I didnt book with them directly at check out.

Great value for your money

Great location right off the beach. You walk right across the street and go though Grace Bay Club to access the beach. Big rooms and great little pool area.

The Grace Bay Club unfortunately blocks all potential of a beach view.

Relaxing way to spend Christmas.

Our accommodation was fabulous - very spacious and well equipped. We appreciated that breakfast was available. Bar staff and housekeeping staff were great. The resort is well maintained. There is access to the beach via another property.

Breakfast options were limited. The tiki bar closed early. Some of the reception staff lacked 'warmth' and a willingness to answer questions.
