Great comfortable stay with a beach view and private beach access!

Triple room was comfortable, nice balcony and clean. Breakfast was a good spread with new Albanian treats to try each morning and the private beach is lovely, not at all crowded in October! Location is a bit out of town but no more than 15 min walk from Central and the promenade and great restaurants nearby.

Shower makes the room a bit wet but pretty standard. Beach is rocky as are most in the area.

Preis - Leistung absolut ok

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut! Da Nebensaison war, waren kaum Gäste da und es war sehr ruhig und angenehm dadurch ! Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Promenade .

Well placed great food and great people.

The Hotel in general is beautiful and well located at Sarande promenade. Staff especially Imena and all team members were very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was okay, I am sure there a room for improvement. Location of hotel, café and beach were amazing. Food at the café & restaurant was amazing, loved cocktails too. Much better food then outside. We had a technical issue that caused lot of inconvenience but the team handled well within their limitations. Overall a lovely place in Sarande.

Technical issue could have been sorted prior to room allocation had it been proactively escalated but I don't want to be harsh, it was full tourist season and team had difficulty getting right person to fix it. But still handled well. No drinking water in the room, we had to buy our own water. Very surprising. We were not informed at reception or else we would have made arrangement. One small bottle to start with will be good gesture to eliminate inconvenience. Again this issue is not hotel specific, I learnt that the local businesses don't get much help from local government with water, rubbish and basic utilities. May be hotel can be forth coming to let the guests know of some basics at the point of check-in.

Goed hotel voor verblijf in Sarande

Het hotel ligt centraal, heeft eigen strand en je kunt wandelen naar het centrum. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Onze kamer had een zeer groot balkon waar je lekker kon zitten, met uitzicht op zee. Het is mogelijk om, als je met de auto komt, te parkeren op een apart parkeer terrein (circa 100 meter verder).

Het entree van het hotel is zeer steil en je kunt daar niet draaien dus handig om niet in te rijden maar te parkeren op de stoep. (zeker als je een huurauto hebt met weinig pk). Het hotel is ook wat veroudert (te oordelen aan haakjes, deurknoppen en schermen die niet meer helemaal functioneerden).

2. Aufenthalt, wie immer sehr schön.

Schöner Strand, schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Klimaanlage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Essen im Restaurant, Preise an der Strandbar sind ok.

Frühstücksbuffet eher mittelmäßig. Bitte eine gute Kaffeemaschine anschaffen, die Milchkaffee produziert. Momentan gibt es Filterkaffee aus dem Bottich.

Die Strandbar , Zimmer & Rezeption waren sehr schön. Das Essen in der Strandbar war auch sehr lecker & wurde auch zu den Liegen serviert. Die Angestellten waren auch sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit

Man bekommt pro Zimmer nur 2 Liegen & 1 Sonnenschirm, egal ob man ein 2er, 3er oder 4er Zimmer hat. Wenn am Strand vien los war, wurde bereits liegende Leute auch von den Liegen versetzt, wegen dieser Regelung - fanden wir nicht cool. Frühstück könnte auch besser sein.

Det var städat och rent, personalen ordnade så att man kände sig välkommen,

Mindre bra var, dåligt nätverk och inget tv utbud verkade finnas tillgängligt. Tvn fungerade ej vad jag uppmärksammade.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, everyone was pleasant and willing to help. The room was exactly as in the pictures, clean. Good breakfast, a lot and everything. Exceeded expectations, we will definitely be back!

Looking forward to come back!

The hotel is right on the beach with a gorgeous restaurant terrace overlooking the sea. There’s a private beach for the hotel guests as well as a beach bar. All of the staff was very helpful and their knowledge of english was great! Internet was great, as well as on the beach! Guarded private parking 150m from the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day and they provide clean towels every day also. The breakfast is almost the same always (sausages, eggs, bread, salad, cereals, coffee, tea and drinks).

The only downside is that there are no showers on the beach.

Probably great during summer season

We loved the view. We loved that the doors opened to make it look like the entire apartment was a balcony overlooking the sea.

When we arrived and brought to our room, I noticed immediately it was not the room we booked. I saw the room we got but did not pick this because it was not as nice. We gooked the penthouse and did not receive the penthouse. I went back to reception and had a language barrier, showing him the pictures of the apartment we had booked. He shook his head and called the owner. The owner then said there was "a problem with the apartment I had booked". There was no real explaination and I would think this could have been stated before arrival. I mentioned that I saw the apartment online that we were given and it was cheaper. She tried to state it was not and that it was, "the same". I assure you it was not the same as the pictures at all. To remedy, they brought us a bottle of wine. I felt like we were stuck with no other option. Now, I am not saying this wasn't a fine apartment, because it was. It just wasn't what I booked or what I was expecting and what I paid for. So, just be aware, they can switch you to a lesser apartment without communication and there is nothing that you can do. Also, breakfast had its highs and lows. The 1st morning, we came down on the later end of the window and the eggs were cold. Since we were there during shoulder season, there was no buffet, just whatever they brought you. No choices. The 2nd morning was the best. They brought us fresh, just cooked eggs and they were great. The 3rd day was the least appetizing. The eggs were already on the table when we came down and they were ice cold. The rest was the same, juice, some cold cuts with cold cheese, untoasted bread with jams. a small plate of vegetables with feta. Overall, we would give breakfast a 5/10. It was nice to have, but had potential to be so much better. Now, as mentioned, we were there during shoulder season but it was still sunny and warm. The "beach" area was nothing like the pictures.

Friendly environment

We liked the most the friendliness of the employees in the hotel. All of them were so.nice, but Sophia was the best. She invited us to her birthday party and it was amazing.

Decent hotel with private beach and seaview

- Private beach - good location - breakfast was good - comfortable bed - spacious rooms, nice balcony overlooking sea

- the breakfast was good but it kept running out of items and we had to wait. coffee could have been better. - was difficult to put the items from beach bar into rooms bill, had to pay most of the time meaning we had to carry the money
