lovely stay and the bath tub was fab

Breakfast was fab, would have loved to have eaten dinner but it was fully booked - I would advise booking ahead x

A friendly hotel with pleasant staff

Nice bedroom and good breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff.

Our ensuite was most impractical, the shower arrangement in the bathtub was impossible to use. Better to take out the bathtub and have a shower cubicle. Also lack of shelves for toileteries etc. Disappointed with our "dexter" filet steaks, which were tough.

Second visit, won't be the last

Excellent welcome,shown to room and everything explained. Comfy Bed,this Hotel is happy to be a bit quirky, but it's very friendly and comfortable..Bar and Restaurant staff were great Dexter's Restaurant was absolutely delicious. Very meat focused, sorry vegan chums.. Breakfasts also top notch

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff went that extra mile and the food was outstandinfg

nit sure the bed was an extra large double but it was comfortable and adequate

lovely place to stay but ask for a room in the main building if you feel the cold

I like how the Browns has been renovated and modernised since my last visit. The bar and reception areas are lovely and give you that “Boutique Hotel” feel and Laugharne is a very special place. I like that there was parking on-site. I like the new bar area and the breakfast in Dexters.

I stayed in room Llansteffan and it felt very cold due to it being in the new development out the back of the pub. The room was nice and had all of the essentials needed but I did not notice the “premium Welsh wool mattress”.

10 OUT OF 10 THIS PLACE!!! Great room and location - nicest EVER Brekkie too!

We were going to be late as a new car didn't arrive but the restaurant manager organised a late check-in and left a nice note and upgraded our room as we had had a stressful day - great service thank You.

Nothing bad here - just a great hotel.

Having researched town and hotel our stay exceeded expectations

Very Friendly welcome and assistance throughout short stay. Suite on top floor very spacious, comfortable and luxurious in keeping with facilities overall. Dinner amazing in attractive and atmospheric surroundings, breakfast if anything even better!

Room in the top of the building, too small and with low ceiling. Area for drinks cold, empty and with loud music. Dining room cold.

It was very interesting and enjoyable.

The location was good just what we need.

I was disappointed with the breakfast as I like cereal and only granola was available. There could have been more choice of cereals and fresh fruit salad for those who don’t like cooked breakfast.

A real treat

The whole ambience of the lovely old building, big room, very well furnished, plenty of space for my wife to do pilates, quiet ( old thick walls! ) , very comfy bed, great breakfast, off street parking

The lighting in the room was low & seductive but we could have done with one bright light by the dressing table or bar

The rooms were lovely and warm with a roll top bath. The food was amazing and all staff very friendly. Dog friendly too. Nothing was too much trouble

Would have liked a later check out time seeing as it was the weekend

Beautiful tidy rooms that my small dachshund could also sleep in. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food is gorgeous. One of our regular little nighta away.

Very good

Lovely staff, great room and facilities in the room. Very comfortable bed. Restaurant was excellent and the bar is lovely, overall a great stay and would definitely go again.

Very minor issues, I couldn't find tissues in the room and the toilet brush holder needed a clean, most likely just an oversight as everything else was perfect.

Superb

A lovely well equipped spacious room with a comfortable bed and decorated in keeping with the beautiful old building. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent with a choice of freshly prepared options from a full Welsh breakfast to eggs benedict. The restaurant is also very good for an evening meal & there is a cosy bar with open fire. Laugharne is a beautiful little town with some great walks.

The room was a bit dusty in some of the more tucked away areas
