Decepcionante

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y están bien mantenidas. El servicio es correcto y el personal muy amable.

El precio es excesivamente caro, no justificado y lo que es peor cuando llegas te enteras que ellos no trabajan con el dólar oficial sino con el financiero MEP con lo cual en pesos termina costando 3 veces más que el valor publicado en Booking. Te ofrecen cancelar la reserva sin costo pero cuando llegas a las 7 y tantas de la noche después de viajar por horas, tener que salir a buscar otro hotel es terrible.

En booking las condiciones de pago era 957 dólares. En el hotel me cobraron 2657 dólares. Es una estafa de booking o del hotel

Ok but no better.

Beds were excellent.

Toilet overflowed, air con was noisy. Generally run down. Neighbourhood is sketchy after dark.

Comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast

Fantastic breakfast! Fresh fruits with lost of flavour and everything what you would like in great quality. Comfortable beds and shower.

I could have liked a little more spa facilities however the hot pool in the roof was really nice. No massages available on the day we were there.

OK but very poor breakfast experiences.

Clean, comfortable room, very good location, fair cost/benefit for the rates and overall costs.

Breakfast service. Only hotel I have been to where staff makes guests wait in line while they prepare additional tables (with glassware, napkins, etc) that should be ready way before guests arrive. Additionally, and worse, we went back to the buffet service before the time for the end of service and it was gone... not only before 11am, but without the usual kindled note "we'll take out the buffet, would you folks care for some more?" The impression is that the team working at breakfast makes their own rules without proper oversight from the hotel manager.

I would definitely stay there again, wish I would have booked my return stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.. Everything worked in the room, coffemaker, hairdryer, air etc.

Wonderful experience

Very responsive, helpful, and friendly staff. Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower. Appreciate late check-out.

the location is top, close to everything

Breakfast was poor. Didn’t like the staff at the reception. When we arrived, I told them I would pay in pesos, the lady quite rudely, I must admit told me about 21% taxes and wrote me the price in pesos. But on the check out date the price in pesos changed and besides she wanted to charge me with additional 4% service fee. At the end she removed 4% from the bill but I had very bad feelings. Very unpleasant situation. And I hope I will get my money they booked from my credit card, strangely 3 times: for rooms, for mini bar and one more time I don’t know what for.
