Aire estropeado, nunca reparado.

La situación

El aire acondicionado de una habitación estaba roto, lo cual comuniqué nada más llegar, tras 3 días de estancia ni fue reparado ni dieron una posible solución (ventilador), teniendo en cuenta que es verano y que llevamos niños pequeños no lo veo correcto.

Clean, Comfy & Central

The location was very central, a 2/3 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa. It was next to the underground carpark space we put our car in, which the host arranged (fee applied). The whole flat was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes. The blinds are good for keeping the sun out and made it dark at night for sleeping. I would book this apartment again.

The sat nav had difficulty finding the apartment so the host dropped a pin which made it easier. Maybe the host can send the pin at the time you tell them you are 30 minutes away. It was a little noisy with people passing by until around midnight, but it quietened down after that. The bottle bank is in the street so when you are in the front bedroom and people put bottles in it the noise is quite loud. The only thing missing was a plug for each bathroom sink, the men found this difficult for wet shaves.

relaxing stay in lovely apartment

it was really central and near both the beach / Balcón de Europa and restaurants. The pool on top is definitely a plus though the weather wasn’t kind enough for us to take a dip.

It might be a little noisy in the summer if you have rooms looking into the square.. but other than that the stay was lovely

Great location, spotlessly clean.

After checking out we put our bags downstairs, we were able 2 stay at t pool,which was great as we had a night flight. But there was no toilet 2 use,so we had 2 keep going down 2 t bars 2 use one.

Location was perfect. Meet and greet was friendly, informative and answered all our questions relating to our stay. V easy to contact Anna. Safe parking underground, at a price.

Nice and clean - lovely rooftop pool

The noise every night - the bins are outside the front if the hot for the whole area - they get emptied at about 230am every night - the noise is horrendous and terrified me the first night - the least relaxing holiday I've ever had

A perfect stay.

Brilliant location. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and booking was easy and uncomplicated. Would definitely use again.

The only thing that could make this better would be a balcony that you could sit out on.. but that is just my personal preference. The apartment was lovely.

A comfortable, extremely clean apartment close to facilities & optional

The apartment is close to the centre, bars & restaurants and we found it to be very quiet. Payable underground parking.

We didn’t cook in the apartment, everything would have to be bought, salt, pepper, oil etc

Nice and clean appartment

Every morning at 06h15 (!) the city services were cleaning the streets with a high pressure washer underneath the balcony. So sleeping was finished then…

Location, rooftop, pool

The apartment bathrooms had lots of ants, in the shower on the walls and floor. There was bug spray in the kitchen cupboard but due to severe asthma we couldn’t risk using it. (I’ve been visiting Nerja for 15 years and have never encountered ants in any apartment)

Very central, that was also a problem, as the small balconies overlooked a main shopping and cafe, bar area, very noisy late at night, and very early in the morning with binmen, delivers etc, didn’t sleep much over the 3 days. Ana was a nice person, very helpful
