Ok para dormir una noche.

En nuestra experiencia El servicio. Las dos personas en recepción se portaron muy groseras. Como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Siempre digo que cuando te dan un mal servicio, jamás vuelves a lugar. También en El desayuno solo hay galletas y cafe. Por si estas pensando ahorrarte el desayuno no es así.

Buen hotel, regresaría otra vez.

La ubicación, un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar, no es muy grande, es un estilo simple pero acogedor si la idea es solo llegar a descansar.

Mucha seriedad en el personal, tal vez un poco más de amabilidad y sentir al cliente como en casa, una sonrisa no cuesta nada y más si se trata de la recepción.

Serves as somewhere to lay down for a night. Dont expect much comfort, privacy, or fanciness

Good location, cheap.

Staff aint friendly. Room was far worse looking than advertised. Bed was hard as a rock. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, so I woke up multiple times. I only had to stay for one night while on a tight budget, otherwise I'd avoid it.

Passing through but don't stay too long

It just value for money and for one night it was okay.

There were few electric sockets and non worked other than for the television. Bed covering was a simple blanket which wasn't enough when the temperature dropped at night. A small stream of water from just the cold tap in the sink to brush your teeth, a really thin door to the toilet, wasn't great, needs a lot of maintenance and money to upgrade. More of a hostel than a hotel. But still just to lay your head down for the one night or so it did the job.

Fast wifi. The room was clean.

I thought I paid through booking.com. At the property I was asked to pay again. Apparently the transaction was supposed to be a deposit, frozen for 7 days (which was not told on the site), but it was not refunded until I asked booking.com to step in. The room was noisy. Some other guests were yelling all night and there was no staff in the place to keep elementary order. There was no hot water, and very little water at all. The included breakfast is bread and jam, and some cereal. The hot one shown on the pictures is 15 pesos. Not much but why not tell it up front?

Staff spoke english. Quiet street not far from the city center. Interesting design of the shared space. A lot of info about activities in the city.

Very (!) small room with no window. Not enough fresh air in the room when you come back in the evening. The only place to store clothes is in the bathroom. Need to wait quite a bit until hot water runs in the shower. No soap or shower gel (need to buy it at the reception). Very poor soundproof, we could hear all the neighbours. Poor breakfast with very weak coffee.
