Desayuno bastante bien

Ubicación no es la señalada ,está muy lejos del centro , según el medio de transporte que utilices más de 45’ Nadie , nadie habla español aunque pone en recepción un cartelito donde pone estamos encantado de atenderte en español

Uma recepção traumatizante

O quarto era limpo. Localiza-se junto a transportes públicos.

Foi a nossa primeira vez em Paris e este hotel foi o primeiro sítio onde chegámos depois de uma viagem de 5 horas. Quando chegámos ao hotel fomos extremamente mal recebidas pela rececionista, antipática, com má vontade com aspeto de não querer estar ali. Demorámos bastante tempo para fazer o check-in, parecia que nunca mais terminava. Nunca vi alguém trabalhar na área do turismo a rebaixar tanto o nível dessa área profissional tão nobre que é o atendimento ao público. Entrámos.no dia 29 de Maio de 2024 pelas 15h00, a rececionista tinha óculos e cabelo castanho, não usava nome ao peito, caso contrário faria uma queixa formal ao.grupo Accor. Nem nos hostels mais baratos e airbnb mais supeitos nas cidades mais afastadas eu conheci uma pessoa tão horrível no atendimento ao cliente como no Ibis Budget Paris Pont de Bercy. Já optámos por não tomar lá o pequeno-almoço, pois queríamos era não confrontar mais aquela pessoa. Ficámos já traumatizados e ficámos a pensar se o resto das nossas estadias e férias em Paris iriam ser de nível semelhante, mas felizmente não, foi apenas ali que tivémos o azar de encontrar uma.terrível profissional. Quanto ao pequeno-almoço fomos a um barzinho que fica ao lado com uma atendente estupenda que nos levantou a moral. O Hotel tem 2 estrelas, mas o atendimento foi abaixo de zero. Para terminar quero referir que não está mencionado no booking que tem de se pagar uma caução igual ao valor da estadia, valor esse a ser pago à entrada, mas que leva semanas a ser devolvido. Enfim, hotel marcado para nunca mais voltar e para não recomendar aos amigos e família.

Wenn man Paris erkunden möchte und nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel gehen will, dann ist das Hotel ok.

Frühstück war typisch französisch: Baguette, Croissants, warme Getränke, Es war ok, aber nicht viel Auswahl

la situation géographique de l'hotel, jolie chambre bien insonorisée, transport en commun proche et le personnel de la restauration du soir très sympathique

parking trop petit, non réservable, si il n'y a plus de place à votre arrivée à vous de trouver un parking donc le soir quand on ne connais pas les lieux c'est pas évident, et quand des places se libèrent et que vous pouvez afin vous garer mieux vaut ne pas sortir la voiture car les places ne vous sont pas attribuées

Parfait et je recommande

Sûrement le seul point positif de mon voyage puisque les gens à Paris sont aigris . En revanche l accueil est très agréable et le confort au top! Merci à l equipe pour cette petite lueure d espoir pour les parisiens.

Un peu compliqué d accès à pied depuis la gare routière .

Tesis ile ilgili olumlu söyleyebileceğim tek birsey olmadığı için üzgünüm. Oteli terkettigim an tek olumlu animdi burdaki.

Yorganından, yastığına pis kokuyor.Temizlik gelmiyor , gelse de üç yataktan ikisini düzeltip gidiyor başka temizliğe dair Hicbirsey yapılmadı bir haftadır. 3 kişi kaldığımız odaya sadece bir havlu bırakildi hep söylememe rağmen .Odaya girdiğimizde el sabunu yoktu ,tuvalet kağıdı yoktu, yardım isteyebileceğimiz bir telefon yoktu kıyafetlerinizi asacaginiz doğru düzgün bir yer yok,yastık zaten yok gibi kağıdın üzerinde yatsanız aynı şey onu da istedik asla vermediler . Koridoar çok kötü kokuyor. Klimasi eski ötesi sesten uyuyamadık.Yani say say bitmez bu olumsuzluklar. Ben buraya geleceklere tavsiye etmiyorum.Yurtdışında otellerde çok kaldım ama böylesini gerçekten görmedim.

Good budget stay.

Bus 24 was available directly infront of the Hotel from bus stand Centre Commercial de Charenton-Le-Pont. Room was cheap and good value for money in Zone 1/2 border.

Room was little small. Once there was a fire in the kitchen and fire alarms were ringing - however the incovenience did not last long and situation was brought under control.

Very good Budget option.

As the name suggests it is very good budget hotel, located very close to the bus stop, just 70 meters it offers a very good way for communication. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also close to the Bercy Bus Station which gives very good Bus connectivity to inter Europe destinations. There is a shopping mall in the same building where you can get your required things. Very good option compared to its value. This building also has another hotel named ibis Paris Porte de Bercy.

Would stay again, great value for money!

Good value for money, the food from the restaurant is delicious. It's a cosy place to stay. We got a room that had a stunning view of the river Seine and far off in the distance we could see the Eiffel Tower. Right next to a shopping centre so if supplies are needed it's only downstairs, very convenient and basically has everything you would need!

Beds are a little uncomfortable and the hotel's location is right next to a main road that basically connects the entirety of Paris, so it's a little noisy when the windows are open; it wasn't an issue for us but it might be for someone else. No air con so the room does get a little bit warm.

Disappointing

The lobby of the hotel gives off really fancy vibes. The staff was polite, they were just a little hard to understand sometimes because of bad English. Location is close to the bus station and a bus that drives directly to the city centre. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. The view from the window was amazing (we saw skyscrapers and Eiffel tower). Every night we came into the hotel, our beds were made and they changed our towels and paper cups.

The neighborhood looks sketchy. The room was very cold and there was no way of heating it up even though we set the temperature to 30°C (max.). The cushions had a bad smell and the towels were dirty from lipsticks and had brown spots. Every night we came into the hotel, our keycard was not working so we had to go downstairs and had them reset it. They have 4 elevators, but only 3 go to the ground floor, so when in hurry, they are very hard to navigate. Everything feels very cheap, which is understandable for the price. Also the lamp was constantly making noises. And for the most troubling part: as usually, you need to pay the deposit before your stay (they automaticlly withdraw the money from your account), which you supposedly get back within 24 hours of your stay. It should only be done once, HOWEVER they charged me the deposit TWICE and 3 days after our stay I still haven't recieved any of it back. I wrote an email to the hotel, but still no response nor money. I would like to know what is happening, but the hotel is not responding.

It doesn't worth for tourism

Cheap accommodation option for Paris. There is a Carrefour store in the same building.

There is no connection to any metro line; only one very busy bus line attends the region of the hotel. The bedroom was too warm although it was 15°C outside, and the AC was not working. The staff was unfriendly.

Proximity to Gare de Lyon.

First I've got a dirty room, than they gave me a room that was already occupied and in the end they found a room clean enough. The hotel looks and feels old, the walls are dirty.
