Buena relación calidad precio

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Bien situado en el barrio de Gros. Tienen acuerdos con el parking Txofren. Habitación cómoda, pequeña pero lo justo para dormir.

Quizás las almohadas. Muy bajitas

Muy ruidoso ya que está a pie de calle y se oye a la gente que pasa hablando, y además es una avenida muy transitada.

Nice quiet location. Check out parking before you book

Quiet location at the newer part of the town. Great arrangements to get in etc

No facilities to make a hot drink. Parking in nearest underground car park is expensive- €53 for 2 nights

Superb

Great value room in the quiet but still central Gros neighbourhood, close to the surf beach and some less touristy bars and tapas places. Not staffed during the stay but there is everything you need and a daily housekeeping service. We just collected the key card from an envelope upon arrival.

The room is right at ground level so we got a bit of noise coming in from the street, but with the roller shutters it wasn't a major issue.

In the heart of Zurriola, Pension Grosen is good value in the land of Pinxtos.

Room 4 is 181 sq ft...it is spacious. It is an interior room, like an interior cabin on a cruise ship, except with a fake window leading to a neighbor's interior courtyard. It has a large double bed that we had converted to two singles. It also had a third, smaller bed, for a child. The room is quiet and dark at night, which is great for good sleep. It is also completely accessible. Accessible ramp leads to entrance and room is on ground floor. Also, bathroom is completely accessible with toilet support bars and a walk in shower and shower seat. Self check-in was easy, but with note of caution.(see negative)

Self check-in was easy, but...1. It requires Whatsapp setup before arrival. 2. It also requires access to data in real-time, in other words, you must have sim card to communicate in a timely, on going way. This might a be problem for the unprepared.

Bed was really comfy and the room very clean.

The room didn't have any window to the street and it was too much hot.

Very good

it was quick and easy to access. Easy lock up and go. Everything you would need for a one night stay. I liked that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom and it was easy to communicate with the property.

Location was great, 5 mins walk to beach. Clean! Big room, big bed, soap and shampoo provided. Hair dryer, big toilet and shower area. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots if space!

The windows opened into the centre of the building, so could not tell the weather, if there was sun. Was stuffy when arrived, no fan in the toilet to such out smell and water vapour (maybe just a spain thing?)

Nice location for a short stay in Donostia if you're there for beach and surfing

- very nice location - 5min walk to the beach and lots of bars and resturants around - clean and comfortable bathroom, cleaning every day - nice small room with all we needed (including small fridge)

- little tricky self check in (but phone contact was immediate and helpful though) - kind loud from the street when window open (at night either) - room number 1 - lack of room to dry our stuff from the beach

Great value for money

Excellent location, very clean and great value for money.

We were in a room with the window facing the main road though so it was very noisy in the morning. Ok for some who like to get up very early, but not if you'd like to sleep past 7am.
