Not much, I'm afraid, except for the guy working in reception. He was very friendly and kind.

I needed a place to stay, and after reading the reviews, i decided to book into Villa Jana. I booked for Saturday and Sunday night. I was told there would be church in the morning, but i need not worry about getting parked in. When I wanted to leave on Sunday morning for an appointment, I was parked in and had to take an Uber to get around. Coming back, I thought maybe I would be able to drive, but still, my car was parked in. The bathroom light didn't work, so I had to bathe by the light spilling in from the room. I wanted to sit outside and read, but the garden furniture was so dirty and full of bird droppings. I am really disappointed with my stay at Villa Jana.

Overall was a grate stay even the lady who clean the room was very friendly.

Hospitality and friendliness when I checked in

At night when other tenants using the showers it's making an annoying noise. Don't whether it's the geyser or perhaps there is too many air in the pipes.

On arrival our booking weren't register in guest list and nobody were available to assist us. We booked through Booking.com but somewhere something got missing. We had to wait a while for problem t be solved.

I loved the property as it reminds one of a farm setup, really nice and tranquil.

The breakfast was good and a bonus. The location was excellent as my father was in Die Wilgers Hospital.

awesome overall

clean and friendly staff

noise of people on stoeps. No matter what time the staff should know not to make noise. If its people parking and booking in thats something else but a staff member standing in front of your door talking loud not on.
