Una experiencia muy buena

Estudiamos 3 noches en Playa del ritmo y nos encantó. El personal realmente atento y amigable, las chicas de recepción un amor y muy predispuestas a ayudar, las habitaciones realmente bien, limpias, cómodas y con hamaca en frente para poder disfrutar del sonido del mar. Un lujo.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la cocina compartida, la sentimos muy sucia. Además no encontramos supermercados cerca para poder comprar cosas para cocinar ahí, por lo que comimos en el restaurante del playa del ritmo (delicioso, pero el presupuesto terminó subiendo)

Relax

Lo mejor fue su carácter tranquilo en relación a su ubicación. ¿Por qué? Porque hay una cantidad de sitios parecidos, pero que se convierten en centros de fiesta. Y así para gente que lo que quiere es precisamente apartarse del ruido continuo, se pierde lo más fundamental, que es la tranquilidad... Así que lo que de verdad le da su valor único es que es un sitio que realmente ofrece el relax de la playa sin que se pierda ese relax por convertirse en un centro de fiestas nocturnas... Y eso es realmente el valor que lo diferencia, pues hay muchos sitios tranquilos pero con un ambiente muy establecido al turismo organizado, y muchos chiringuitos orientados a la fiesta joven, pero pocos que mantienen ese carácter de playa caribeña apartada del barullo urbano que son las fiestas y la música a tope por las noches.

El personal fue realmente maravilloso - a excepción de una de las chicas que trabajaba en la barra del bar. Por ella consideré en comer fuera durante mi estancia o encerrada en mi cuarto, pues cuando me sentaba al chiringuito y estaba ella trabajando, me usaba para divertirse tratando de que también otros que trabajaban allí, o incluso visitantes asiduos, se concentraran en mi de una manera desagradable convirtiéndome en no sé si una radio o un objeto de sus chistes. Al ser sólo una persona, al principio no quise mencionarla. Pero como es un sitio al que si me gustaría regresar y hacerlo sin convertirme otra vez en su blanco, he decidido sí hacerlo. A ver si así le dan un toque de atención para que deje que los que vamos, tengamos la tranquilidad que buscamos y nos juntemos con quien queramos, sin ser un blanco de su aburrimiento y fastidiarnos la estancia. Y añadir que tanto mejor la experiencia con todos los demás, un sitio por lo demás de excelente ambiente. Y en fin, quizá sea una chica que trabajó allí una temporada y ya no esté la próxima vez que vaya.

Cómoda y tranquila

Frente al mar, en una zona tranquila de Santa Marta, cerca a restaurantes. La habitación es cómoda y con los elementos necesarios para estar a gusto: agua embotellada, jabón, toallas para el baño diferentes a las de la playa, sábanas limpias, suficientes percheros o lugares para colgar cosas y ventilador. Le hacen aseo diario a la habitación.

Los colchones no son los mejores, sin embargo se duerme bien. Aunque el lugar no es ruidoso, las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas entonces se escucha mucho a quienes están alojados al lado.

La ubicación del hostal es genial esta una de las playas más hermosas de Santa Marta, la comidad es rica, el personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a colaborarle, las instalaciones son aseadas y son buenas para la calidad precio

Nice getaway for a short time, not if you want privacy

Food was good, staff very helpful answering questions, my first experience sleeping in form with more people. Parties at the beach were ok and beach clean.

People coming in your bedroom late at night, they could end their conversations outside and be quiet once they enter the room where more people are already sleeping

Beach hostel with relaxed vibe and amazung staff

- Beautiful room - i booked a premium double room on the ground floor (7) - spacious and with nice details (I got two bottles of water and a coconut / cream Cookie You have your own hammock :-) - Hear birds chirping and sound of waves - sooo relaxing Incredible welcoming and helpful staff (Paola, Cristina, Luis, Kata) - you are amazing - You can prepare your own meal and sit at restaurant while eating it - super relaxed atmosphere. - Renting kayak or SUP or even book your tour.

- A few more options to store belongings would be great. I stayed by myself and occupied all the space already - Many vegetarian options at restaurant but often they lacked a bit of spices and food tasted a bit bland 😕 - Kitchen facilities very basic and not stocked a lot but nearest super is only 15 min walk along the beach 🏖️ - Bring your earplugs as you can hear everything - even neighbors talking.

Fantastic days at the beach

Super nice beach hostal. Lovely service personnel. Perfect place to spend a few days right at the beach having all services need available. For a trip to Tayrona the recommended tour operator picks you up at the hostal and drops you off again. Taxi service to Minca or else also very nice and recommendable.

No complaints whatsoever.

Good beach, food and cocktails

The attitude of the staff, our room, the location, the private beach, the food, the music of the bar, the happy hour in cocktails

Everything was good, me and my boyfriend enjoy our time there. The only recommendation that we have is to open the bar after 11pm at least fridays and saturdays.

Regreting

The working crew is very friendly and nice

The worst hostel restaurant I have ever tried, everything tasting like from fridgerator, bread in burger cold, all the sauces are terrible if not rotten. Rooms dirty if you touch the wall anywhere in hostel old white paint is sticking to your clothes or your bags. Bathrooms in toilets very old definitely not worth of this price.

Directly at the beach :)

Directly at the beach! You can wake up and go for a swim. Restaurant and Bar with fair prices included. Beautiful sunsets! Staff is very nice :)

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They offer a medical service which is nice but I do not recommend using it. If you have something - please go to a doctor/ hospital. They were incredibly incompetent and gave dangerous advices + almost killed me by wanting to give me meds that have a life threatening effect on me without asking for other meds I am taking. Luckily I was aware.

Will continue to book every time I go back to Santa Marta

The staff is great, the location is fantastic- quiet and away from all the chaos of the center, with its own beach access. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.

On the weekends it gets pretty crowded because of the beach access, but it's not a problem at all.

everything, is my favorite place ti stay in Santa Marta, also if you don’t gonna stay but you have to be several hours at the airport they have the Daypass and it’s just a 10 minutes from the airport, love this place for several reasons.

Chill out near the Airport

Really laid back place. Beach is great, not too crowded, great views, and the seaside rooms have a great vibe. Excellent place.to relax before flying out of Santa Marta or settling in after arriving.

Really nothing to complain about. Price is on point for what you get and everything was well managed / explained.

The bed was very hard, had to turn around a few times during the night to not get to stiff.
