Pas certain de retourner dans cet établissement

Emplacement

Parking souterrain cher avec des emplacements adaptés uniquement pour des petits véhicules. Une galère pour accéder. Une fois garé on vous informe qu’il y a un parking extérieur…stressant d’avoir à sortir lors du départ. Par contre l’accueil et le petit déjeuner au top

Buena ubicación. Para ir andando y dando un paseo hasta el centro.

La temperatura del hotel. Hacía calor. Deberían poner una manta y dejar el edredón para cuando haga más frío. No me gustó que hubiera moqueta en la habitación. Sobre todo no me gustó el acceso al párking. No hay ascensor desde el párking a la recepción del hotel y hay que cargar con las maletas por un tramo muy estrecho de escaleras que sale a la calle. Deberían avisar, sobre todo para las personas que no pueden cargar con peso

Una bona estada a la ciutat

La ubicació era perfecta, al costat del Canal du Midi i a 20 minuts del centre de la ciutat. L'esmorzar força bé. El personal s'expressava molt bé en castellà, per tant, la comunicació ha estat fluida.

L'habitació era molt petita per a dues persones.

La recepcionista muy amable, se esmeraba por hablar en español y ademas nos dio una habitación más grande por el mismo precio...el desayuno bien y parking por 12€...se puede llegar andando al centro sin problemas

Agradable estada a Toulouse.

Hotel modern, amb bones instal·lacions i agradable. L'habitació una mica justa de mida, però amb tot el necessari per ser confortable. Esmorzar molt complet i amb força varietat. El fet de disposar de plaça d'aparcament gratuïta al mateix edifici és un altre punt positiu, encara que si el cotxe és una mica gran o no ets gaire hàbil al volant suaràs per estacionar. El que menys ens ha convençut és la situació. La part positiva és que a l'estar allunyat del centre és una zona molt tranquil·la, però al mateix temps, producte d'aquesta llunyania, no hi ha a la vora llocs a on sopar ni prendre quelcom. Caminant es triga poc més de mitja hora fins al centre. Nosaltres no vam tocar el cotxe ni vam agafar cap transport públic durant la nostra estada.

A reliable standard with really helpful staff

Bonito finde en Francia (Toulouse, Carcassonne, Albi)

El desayuno, bien. El hotel tiene algunas plazas gratuitas en un parking subterráneo privado (alguna de difícil acceso) pero se puede aparcar en la calle gratuitamente sin superar las 24 horas consecutivas. La habitación, bien. Una recepcionista muy simpática y dispuesta a informar en un español bastante aceptable.

El personal en general es muy amable. He pedido una sorpresa de aniversario y me han sorprendido con flores y arreglos. Nuestra habitación tuvo un problema y aunque fue posible solucionarlo, no lo dudaron y nos cambiaron de habitación. Creo que por lo que pagamos hemos recibido un servicio y atención excepcionales. check-in/out mu sencillos y rápidos. El estacionamiento es un poco apretado pero tienes donde dejar el coche

Weekend agréable à Toulouse

L'hôtel est facilement accessible car proche de la sortie d'autoroute. J'ai apprécié la place de parking gratuite en sous-sol ainsi que la qualité de l'accueil. Le personnel est très serviable. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais fonctionnelle avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct pour ce type d'établissement. Nous avons dîner une fois au restaurant et le dîner, sans être gastronomique, était acceptable.

La salle de bain mériterait d'être rénovée car les joints du carrelage dans le bac à douche sont moisis. Très peu de choses dans le quartier : il faut donc anticiper pour trouver un resto par exemple ou retourner en ville (accessible en 20 mn environ à pied)

Good location, nice staff, and worth the stay!

Loved the fact that it was close to the center (20min walk) and free to park near the hotel. Breakfast was filling. A bit pricey and if you are not a big eater, than it’s not worth it.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was non-smoking. The room was a bit small.

Ideal hotel between the centre and the Rugby gound

Great location for us just off the ring road. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was on the small side but perfectly adequate and clean. Secure underground free parking was a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Not enough towels. only 2 bath towels. no hand towel or extra 1 for hair. also was told breakfast till 11am but not told that during weekdays was only until 10am so missed breakfast on our last dat

just half an hour walk from the centre. parking provided as stated. felt to be on a safe area.

The bed!! felt like a memory foam that you struggled to get out of, also I know mattresses need to be kept clean but it had like a rubber mattresses protector on, which made you sweat despite the air condition being on. Also the breakfast bar wasn’t topped up, poor for the price.

It’s ok for a overnight stay.

The parking but be careful as the ceiling is so low my husband got out of the car and banged his head. he had to continually duck under the concrete beams but it’s a parking space. Breakfast was great. Dinner available as well. Staff friendly.

Very basic for the price you pay at this time of year which is still out of season. No lift from the car park. You carry your bags up very steep steps to the street. There was no iron in the room. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Only a few free to air Chanel’s on TV. The metro was a good 15 minute walk but if your only overnight it’s ok to rest your head.

Breakfast: included with price of room; good value; good selection of food and beverages; friendly and helpful staff in breakfast room Parking: free, on site Hotel is a located within a reasonable walk to city center, but make sure you ask hotel reception the best route to take.

Hotel street address was very difficult to locate even with GPS tracking system. We had to circle the area several times before we finally found it! Rather frustrating. The reception staff were not very friendly. Parking was free, on site, and underground, but difficult to navigate where the Ibis parking slots were located. Access to the hotel reception area is up a narrow, spiral staircase. We did not see an elevator from parking reception area of hotel. Not good if you are carrying heavy suitcases or if you don't care for narrow, spiral stairs. To get our car, we walked down the driveway ramp, from the street, and pushed a button to gain access. This was probably not allowed but safer than maneuvering suitcases down a narrow, spiral stairway.

Free parking garage under the hotel. Very good breakfast, and also breakfast staff were great and helpful.

Not so friendly guy was on reception when we arrived. Very small room with bathroom occupying the third of it (choosing a room through booking they all have area size of 1m2). Washbasin in the room was leaking and is clogged (we informed the stuff about this on our check out).
