Le cadre SUPERBE !

Les chambres en mauvaise conditions, pour le PRIX ! LE PERSONNEL EXTREMEMENT MAL POLI ( ne vous disent même pas BONJOUR quand vous les croisez :-) Pas digne d un établissement haut de gamme ! sans parler de LUXE ! Comportement des COACHS SPORTIFS vous dégagent parce qu ils font cours !!! (2 clients LOL) pour une surface de 500 m2 ! Re lol . ET LE PARTAGE ????? Et le respect du clients t as entendu parler? Comme souvent en Inde les AVIS INDIENS SONT BIDONS (FAKE) BOOKING FAUT SEVIR ..... Accès à une plage pseudos privé, mais quand même loin d'être bonder comme certaines autres plages de Goa . Bref... Je ne conseille pas même si le cadre est INCROYABLEMENT JOLI! PS: 1 ere photos la sortie de la chambre dans le couloir :-) et la 2 eme nettement mieux la vue du balcon ! CONTRASTE.....

Wonderful resort. Worth a stay.

The housekeeping staff especially a gentleman by name of John (a tenured employee), was exceptional. He understands the relevance of customer care well. Area was well maintained and clean. Staff were quick to service when needed. Food quality and tasty. Valet service staff were wonderful too.

Breakfast was not warm enough, let alone hot. One staff at pool was quite rude to most of guests.

Beautiful property but room wasn't clean properly.

The property is beautiful and at walking distance from beach. Location is amazing, specially connecting bridge to the sea shore, both the day & night view. Small tents attached to pool are good. View from room was amazing. Restaurant food was tasty. Breakfast had limited options but it was good. You will get a bike or cab on rent just at the resort gate. Kayaking cycling is available at the resort. Except the cleanliness part we enjoyed our stay.

Room was not clean. There was dust everywhere on the furniture and on the floor which means room was clearly not sanitized. Also bathroom fittings were rusted. Specially shower. There was continuous dirty smell in the bathroom. Bathtub was not clean at all. Had to ask to change provided pillow covers and towels.

It was a comfortable stay. We booked cocowood cottages with partial sea view. We really enjoyed Kayaking and had a nice decent breakfast

Spacious resort

Very nice resort in terms of how big it is and the own beach area access.

I got room where there is blood stains on the bed blanket, and the shower smelled like some Someone pissed in it. I had to take the video of everything and show it as proof at the reception and request for a change of the room. I feel the maintenance of Resort in terms of rooms is average.

Great location, rooms need maintainence.

Great Location, the property is almost on the beach with only a small backwater separating the two. The beach is clean, not crowded and has white sand. The resort has 3 pools which are all well maintained for the most part. The main pool is larger and has a DJ and bar. All pools have loungers to relax with umbrellas.

The rooms were not clean at all. There was dust and sand everywhere, the linen was was stained and yellow. The bath fixtures were rusty and dirty. Getting the rooms cleaned made little to no difference. Also the rooms were constantly damp since the moment we checked in. The water is also not filtered and hard water. Breakfast was also quite lackluster and just OK.

Location. Polite staff. Nice room.

20-25 minutes to check in. Room could have been cleaner. Upkeep of the property is not up to par. Interiors a bit dingy. Toilet was very dirty. No towels in the room. Fridge did not work. Wanted to charge me for cold water EVEN THOUGH the fridge didn't work. Simply not worth the value of what they are charging.

Hospitality, Location, Front desk office staffs. Food was awesome. Room provided to us was fantastic. Would like to visit again. Ambience was too good.

House keeping and Room service was not upto the mark. But the restaurant staffs and breakfast team were excellent. These two needs to be improved a lot to maintain the dignity and class of the Resort...

Good location with direct beach access.

Very good location with easy access to the beach. The restaurants were good. Large area of the property allows people to roam around. Good gym and pool facilities. Nice view from most of the rooms. Family friendly.

The restaurants were expensive. Breakfast quality was not that good. Tables and chairs in the breakfast area were old. Inroom facilities were less. Not happening environment.

Beautifully landscaped site, very close to beach.

Room (Cocowood Cottage) was a bit tired, and we had a couple of issues with insects. The bathroom smelt pretty bad (damp + bad drains). The hotel also hosted several private parties with extremely loud music throughout our stay - very difficult to enjoy and relax. Especially during one morning when eating breakfast outside and they were sound checking a huge sound system at ear splitting volumes.

The location of the resort is good. It had various amenities and almost private beach.

They have buffet menu for breakfast and dinner only. We had booked for MAP plan, and wanted to have breakfast and lunch buffet. But they didn't provide lunch buffet citing their internal policy.

nice place BUT they have loud noisy pool parties and wedding events on regularly so check as no one tells you before.

price changed and we were charged more for the stay than we had agreed to with booking.com. They had a really big reggae party that was loud and it was difficult to sleep with a baby. we were not told about it and furthermore more events happened whilst there which were loud and therefore not relaxing.

Nice location at Mandrem beach with clean but low quality rooms.

Nice location at Mandrem Beach, and really nice (!!) parties every Sunday arranged at the hotel. But considering the price, there’s so many other hotels at Mandrem Beach with better quality.

The resort mentions that there’s yoga classes every morning and afternoon, but when we asked about the yoga apparently there wasn’t any(?). The rooms were old and the balcony door was broken and had extremely bad sound isolation. We arrived early in the morning at 07:00am and the person at the reception was not helpful with instructions and how to proceed with check in. We more less had to figure out ourselves where the Breakfast area was and the other facilities of the resort. We would have expected more support with activities in the area and general information (like the Sunday parties organized at the hotel area between 19:00-23:00)

Overall had a good time in the resort.

Accessibility to the beach, 24/7 restaurant and cafe.

The key card wasn’t working most of the time. The front desk advised to keep the key card away from mobile phones but still it wasn’t working most of the time. Had to go for a 5 minute walk every time it doesn’t work. Also they do not provide the second room card which would have helped in this case. But due to some software issues they couldn’t provide.
