Espectacular hotel y personal en Santa Marta

Probablemente sea uno de los mejores hoteles que he reservado en Colombia (he pasado las noches del 28 y 29 de junio junto con mi pareja) acompañado de un precio muy competitivo. Tiene unas habitaciones súper buenas con todas las comodidades, dos piscinas (una bajo techo y otra al aire libre) que están muy bien, un desayuno súper elaborado y rico, y además TODO el personal es amable, respetuoso y voluntarioso, desde el recepcionista, a las cocineras y chicas de la limpieza. Tuvimos bastantes dudas y nos ayudaron a gestionar todo y a resolverlas de la mejor manera posible, en definitiva te ayudan a sentirte como en casa. Ojalá más hoteles así con personal e instalaciones tan bueno.

Luxury treehouse

Amazing service. Loved the decor - the indoor pool area especially. The big tree and the hummingbirds give it a jungle treehouse vibe. Nice breakfast too.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Absolutely stunning hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was good. My room was gorgeous. I loved the decor and location close to everything. Close to cathedral and nightlife....however I slept like a baby ... No excessive noise at all.

Had a distressing morning where 2 American guests verbally assaulted me at breakfast. Because it was in English I don't think the staff working understood what was happening. Hotel front desk appologised and reassured me that the guests I identified on camera were leaving at 12. So I would be safe.

Hard to have a bad day when the breakfast is that good

The staff went above, and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us every turn, facilities were on point, and the place is well decorated and colourful (Jorge was amazing!)

To be fair, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it!

Nice hotel, great staff, lovely room - just hope for no power outtages in the city due to storms.

Room was spotless, had a/c, wonderful shower and hot water (which is not a given).

The power went out in that sector of the city for most of my third day and night. Not the hotel's fault but it was terrible.

Wonderful room and bed, great Terrance and close to restaurants and attractions.

Great overall, just as a foreigner you feel a little danger in the streets at night

Clean and beautiful hotel to stay in Santa Marta

Very comfy hotel with friendly staff (especial thanks to Diana). The rooms are big, the location is amazing and is perfect for rest in Santa Marta.

location in city centre

not even a bottle of water is provided . was asked to go to supermarket to buy ( at 10 pm ) . no coffee tea on premises other than at breakfast !!! Tiny pool area not cordoned off or lit . this is crazy

Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having breakfast at the rooftop.

GREAT PLACE

The staff is great. I had lost my credit card the last day and the host was extremely helpful and saved my trip. Also, the hotel’s architecture is stunning!

fantastic quality boutique hotel with gorgeous interior and Spa service

the hotel is absolutely beautiful, built in harmony with the nature and features colorful modern architecture. pool in the first and the top floor is so relaxing and the massage provided at the property is super amazing. 100% recommend!!

it was pity that the turco wasn’t operating at the moment. it would have been nice to have bar service at the rooftop.

Very good

Very nice place close to the tayrona park and with access to a beach. Cool massage service to relax! Everything is a little overpriced at the restaurant. We had a misunderstanding about the taxi service but the staff in the end was very kind and honest so I would recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, this is a very pretty and clean hotel in a really great location.

The property and room were very clean. The breakfast was very good because it allowed you to order a la carte rather than it being a breakfast buffet like you find at many hotels, and the location was very good as it was within 2 blocks of the restaurants and bars.

The lighting in the bathroom area of the room was definitely not conducive for any woman who likes to put on makeup. It was the same lighting throughout the whole room with no extra light in the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was a bit hard. Also, when I asked for a new towel on my third night there, I was told they ran out of towels.

One of the best things about Santa Marta

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. I really like the pools. They are small but fun, breakfast was good (even their fake juice was delicious) Good size room with very high ceilings made the room more spacious.

It could be great if there was a drinking water service. We arrived late, and we were so tired but when I asked bottle of water, they could not provide it.

It took lots of family support, help from the US Embassy and Fed. Police to get me out of this hotel

The hotel in places, it pretty, though not as pretty as the photos would imply.

I was robbed outside of this hotel. Is that really the hotel's fault? No. However, I was offered no real support and very bad advice. One of the robbers followed me to the hotel. He stayed at the locked entrance way, and I entered and informed the staff that this man was robbing me. I went to my room, but was informed the man had come back to talk to me. I decided to talk to the man, hoping that the hotel would be calling the police immediately, taking photos of this man, etc. Instead, when I exited my room, I found out the robber was allowed past the locked gate and was in the lounge. I was so scared to talk to him, but I did hoping the hotel would get the police on scene before the robber left. That didn't happen. I needed help knowing how to get back to the airport, I was hoping for any help at all, but the staff was very young, and indifferent. The staff always said that they would have to wait to talk to the hotel owner to tell me what to do. After the hotel owner did not respond, I began to complain more. I knew the robbers knew where I was and wanted help to get out of town. I had no money and no phone. When the hotel owner did talk to me, he was no help. Later, he called to police officers to accompany him as he very specifically warned me about writing a bad review for his hotel. I stopped going out when a man on the street approached me and offered to sell me the address of the robber. I finally got some money wired to me, and checked out early. A promise of a refund was made to me, some papers were signed, but booking has informed me that they can't get the hotel to respond to requests. I even left early after the robber was allowed into the hotel. I asked the hotel owner for advice about safety, he said I was safe and robberies don't happen there. Covering up the dangers of this area was far more important to the hotel than my safety. Bookings, if you doubt me State Department and Fed. Police numbers are available.
