Fairly priced based on what it can offer

What you get is proportional to what you paid for. price was cheap so I did not expect 5 star experience, but I encountered no problem at all

Fun but couldve been better.

Great location, friendly staff.

Linen doesn’t smell fresh. Towels weren’t fresh too. Asked one of the staff members to replace my towel a few times but didn’t use any since they don’t smell good. I love how the staff continued to replace but in the end, I just said towels are fine when they really don’t.

I loved the bed. That was really comfortable to sleep. Also, all the staff of the hotel are friendly. There was a water dispenser on the floor, we didn't need to buy water at all.

I saw some small cockroaches in the room.

I guess the conditions match the price. Room was very quiet despite the location near loud bars.

The main door is locked 24/7 for some reason, receptionist here and there, and it makes accessing the hotel / motel a chore. Power outlets were this old Filipino style that isn't compatible with anything else. The receptionist gave me an adapter but it was broken and dangerous to use. I went to buy my own. Fridge was turned off even though I made my booking beforehand.

Would stay again

The rooms are very large all though a little dated, but a fantastic size. Location to Poblacion and Burgos street is a two minute walk away. Staff are very good with 24 hour security

Location to Burgos St is obviously perfect if you are spending an evening drinking and watching the sights

Very basic, getting a bit dated. No tea/coffee or even a kettle which I had to ask for. Cooktop but no utensils or pots, pans, or anything. Two plates and two knives and forks

Its clean, good value for money, excellent location, with nearby restaurants and sari-sari store, courteous and attentive personnels, walking distance to IOM.
