Amazing!

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The surroundings of the villas were nothing short of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Stress free, clean, friendly staff, caters for all. Attention to details.

Clean, tidy, close to perfection. They thought about the little things which made such a difference. Would definitely recommend.

Herrliche Tage in Trou d'Eau Douce

Wir waren für neun Nächte in einer Strandvilla untergebracht. Die Lage an der Lagune ist fantastisch mit 25 m Fußweg von der Gartentür in den Indischen Ozean. Die Flexibilität und die Freundlichkeit des Management und der Mitarbeiter war jederzeit gegeben. Eine Reparatur an der Wasserpumpe wurde vom Haustechniker innerhalb eines Stunde erledigt. Besonders hervorragend waren die beiden Köche, die uns mit abwechslungsreichen Frühstück und Abendessen versorgten. Die Villa wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt und der Tisch für das Abendessen gerichtet. Wir kommen wieder.

without any exaggeration.. we will definitely come back again with our family.. so comfortable & chilling place to stay .. Mr. Gabby so polite & supportive made it much easier for us with getting familiar with activities & best places to visit in Mauritius

perfect

we really enjoyed our stay there. all rooms were large. all equipment available and if you miss something just ask and the team will make it available. if you want swimming pool and beach only that’s the place to be. the team is really kind…from the owner to manager and cleaning team…special HUGE thanks to the cleaning team for all the help/explanations and their kindness.

coming from Europe we usually arrive early between 6am and 9.00…so having available the vVilla Accordingly is not too much…but 100-150€ for it is maybe too much. yes the breakfast is “offered” but doesn’t worth 100+€ :-)

Pleasant beachside villa

The property was as seen in the photos. Very airy and comfortable. Beach was very close.

The large open doors were great but leaving the main glass doors open after dark usually invited small creatures of the night in. We learned to close the doors to prevent this, although that meant less air in the main room.. Visitors of the night usually left quick enough anyway even if they got in. I guess it's nature, but something to prevent this (maybe something that covered the ground from end to end that blocked entry but still allowed the doors to be open) would be good. TV had some on demand content (tv5) including recent football matched but live tv would be good too. Beds were comfortable but there were reports that the bunk bed mattresses were a little hard. A cafetier for coffee would be a useful addition to the kitchen. There were coffee capsules available.

as above - well done to you all for making our holiday and very happy and memorable time.

we only had breakfast once but it was very nice and the chef s were excellent - we had private dinning in our villa on New Years eve - which was excellent - they prepared the table and dressed it up and made it a very very special eve - thank you so much for that .

nothing to complain about - everything was excellent - we had our own taxi driver for the 10 days - supplied by the gaby - 15 mins notice - - everyone was so friendly and helpful - nothing was an issue - and no cash exchange for services - we settled our final account on the departure top up of supplies in fridge and Ould pre order anything we needed from the supermarket and it was supplied. fantastic - lovely lovely memorable holiday - will definitely recommend to others and will definitely return . well done for making our holiday . sending all our best wishes to all staff and wishing you happy new year 2023. thanks. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet beach gateway...

Too much to say, but will say we stayed there for our honeymoon and we had a great time. Gaby was great from the moment we booked the villa till the last min when we left. Most of our requests for decor and drinks were met. Instructions were cleared from what was expected from us during our stay to prevented any confusions at check-out. Gaby helped arrange daily activities for us with an all day driver (Avish) which was great and educated us of the religious history of the island. Everything was well priced. Staff were amazing, especially Deepak. He got us coconuts and was always available to assist. Villa was huge, with warm private pool (not heating pool). Chefs were on-point with the food. They were able to tweak things for us to ensure we got what we needed. Desserts are not in the menu, but they can provide you with some if you ask for it. Overall, we would stay there again if we find ourselves going in that direction. Would highly recommend to others. Lastly, please be kind to the staff members. They are hardworking individuals and some with barrier language.

There were a few minor things, but the biggest would have been good to know ahead of time drinking at the beach is not allowed. Hence, there's no bars in the area at all to get drinks. And the other thing would have been a warning sign at the beach to warn people of things that could poke them in the water if they don't wear shoes.

Exeptional experience and warmly welcoming people

We have been pleased to stay in this villa. The beachfront view was excellent and the facilities were amazing. The villa manager Mr.Gaby was a great help in our tour he and he helped us to explore this beautiful island. The Chefs are amazing. This side of the island is very calm.

The menu dose not include middle eastern dishes. I suggest you add Kabab , shish tawook, lamb chops , Plain rice, Veggie Pizza and Fattosh Salad.

Amazing personel, very helpful, whatever was needed was delivered immediately, amazing view on the ocean from the salon, outsie of property very nice and climatic, great beach

We were there during september so because pool wasnt heated water was too cold to get to the pool, old furnitures, in the kitchen cabinets smelled really bad, so every time I took some dish I had to wash it before using, in som places was rust in the kitchen or in the bathroom, generally villa is very nice but its old and once its renovated would be much better stay.

Pleasant

The host his name is Gaby was extremely awesome and very helpful and welcoming!! He is very responsive towards our needs. He is one of the main reasons that we enjoyed our stay :)

The pool is not heated (we didnt swim) The location is not the best The first day we arrived we had dinner however we thought it was complimentary at the check out they put it in the charge !! We asked to remove it

What was there not to like?? Beautiful property, friendly, engaging staff! Literally on a beautiful beach. Housekeeper was wonderful, management were attentive, and all staff members were polite and accommodating!

The place was big, many bedrooms

After sicknes the wash was terrible. We could smell the sicknes many days after. They dont use proper cleaning products. IT was so badly that we order a New place to stay for the rest of our vacation. Another things that was not good. Not able to walk in street. Drive all over to find places to eat. Many places that was closed do to renovation. Many places should be closed consider animal walking there, badly cleaning, dirty glasses so ON.

The layout of the villa , the pool and the easy beach access. The taxi service with Mr Alvin was outstanding and the manager Gaby was available at all time for everything we needed

The fact that there were no restaurants within a walking distance but the manager Gaby made sure we get transport to a restaurant whenever we needed to go out
