A very nice stay. I will come back.

A great price for a well located hotel. Very close to the Riccarton Mall. Nice and warm, very friendly staff. The room was nice and had a large bathtub. I would stay here again.

I had a very good experience at Majestic Court motel and would highly recommend this place to others

The staff was prompt and very polite. The location was excellent for my travel stay. Close to alot of hospitality amenities and within a five minute drive to the city centre. Tidy facilities, over all. And a we’ll priced room for two.

The window blinds were a bit shabby. And a tin can opener could have been supplied with the utensils.

Served its purpose for a one night stay but probably wouldn’t book here for a longer stay.

Good location close to all of the shops & cafes on Riccarton Road. Lovely and warm.

It was great for purpose and the bed linen was clean but a bit grubby in places. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and it was quite noisy.

Lowkey decent for the price. But fasho room for improvement

The price was okay for what you get. When we got in, it smelled of chlorine, like the indoor pools. Which I kinda liked tbh. But that only lasted a 20 mins so must have only just been cleaned. Room was of a decent size, beds were algs, kitchen was fine, water pressure in shower was great. the heating was good and had big windows/sliding door for cooling (was quite cold outside at the time). Staff were very friendly at least and it was next to a mall and grocery store. Everyday they bring new towels, bath mat, and hand towels. But that's where everything goes downhill

The cold water, when poured into a glass out of the kitchenette sink, came out cloudy and mirky, so go back in time 30 mins to pour the glass of water so it's clear for when you wanna drink it. Next, every morning there was condensation all over the windows and getting anything wet that came in contact. The precious lightbulb above the mirror in the bathroom was blown. The heated towel rail's bottom fixing was broken, so the whole thing was swinging round on the piss which was pretty hori. Then the toilet seat was completely cracked as someone before us assumed it was a softclose toilet seat but it slammed down and broke lmao. Room service could've been better, like actually empty the full rubbish bins and give us more toilet paper if you notice one day we're on the last roll instead of us getting halfway thru a crap and realising theres none left and having to ask for more. And providing face cloths would've been nice. Other than that it was algs.

DISAPPOINTING STAY!

Location close to mall

This was our anniversary weeked so we paid the extra for a nice getaway and it wasnt good walked in to some pubic hair in bath and on the wall and trash in the bed side drawers, heated tiles that didnt work, the towel heater was missing a end cover leaving the heating elemnt expose which is a health and safety issue, pillows were flatter then pancakes, spa was way smaller then how it looked in the pictures and was dirty not only that the spa bubbles DIDNT turn on which was a huge disappointment as we paid extra for it, bed was horrible if u pay the extra price i dont want two single beds pushed together leaving a weird crack in the middle since one bed was a slightly different height, multiple plugs in the room did not work nor did the electric blanekt and the fridge smelled like spoiled milk which made me not want to put my shopping in. I HIGHLY do not recommend staying here for a nice getaway.

Overall a good stay but soundproofing really lets it down.

Great location. Lots of shops a short stroll away. Big walk to CBD but definitely doable.

Traffic noise really bad, could hear the occupants in the next room due to zero soundproofing in adjoining door. Very off putting. Room was very small by motel standards.

My first choice when I come to the city.

Location and room comfort are great. The spa bath is always appreciated, although we didn't get a chance to use it this time.

The fact that I LOST THE KEY 10 minutes after reception closed!! Luckily they were still there and answered the after hours. Another key in 5 minutes so crisis averted. (that part should really go in the positive comments)

Had a lovely visit to Christchurch. Missed seeing the blossom and daffodils - wrong season.

It is very handy to the large Mall. Probably needs some refurbishment as it is looking a little "tired" Lovely hot water for showering. Nice clean towels.

I like a wall clock. Would have liked SKY T.V. Soap for bathroom basin for handwashing.

Great Location, Great Facilities

Nice warm room and had everything you needed. The motel was walking distance to the supermarket and had food deliveries available

Tea coffee and milk didn't get ripped up everyday but as soon as I rang they were prompt and brought more not a problem.

Worst stay ever

Electric blankets as the room was freezing during the night and there weren't many blankets, spa was a good size and the highlight of the stay

unfriendly and unhelpful hosts, had issues with the smoke alarm that was faulty , no heating whatsoever in the room just the wee one in the toilet and bathroom that had the handle broken on the single window that couldn't close. No sky tv in the room, they offered Freeview when it decided to work due to reception issues, if I didn't have my own devices to use me and my partner would have been really bored.

location was great

we had a two bedroom apartment and was small and had a sign on wall saying to ask stuff about he designated smoking area but when I asked they said no smoking outside the gates 😒

Sky TV and it was nice and warm.

couldn't use the spa was rather disappointed. pink mold in corners of shower and bath as well as yellow lime scale and bath water rings. the batteries in the TV remote were flat, and there's spider webs in the curtain rail and spiders inside the room.

Good location. Electric blanket.

Paperthin walls. Sleep disturbed by other guests and traffic even though room was furthest back from road. Back window did not completely shut. As I was late check in and early check out I did not see any staff to let them know.

Superb

Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great and unit was very quiet considering being on Riccarton Road.

We arrived early and had our luggage stored until check in time. Would have been nice if our luggage had been moved to our room once it was ready. Receptionist was unaware of offers in room compendiums and only advised they may not still be available rather than checking to find out.
