Pleasant, and great location.

Location and staff. Security.

Furniture was uncomfortable (couch was basically unusable). Dining chairs were also uncomfortable/ felt very poorly supported. The down elevator didn’t work the entire time I was there, which wasn’t a big deal as it is on the first floor, but certainly an inconvenience.

Departamento cómodo , céntrico y el personal muy atento de rápida respuesta ante las dudas , si vuelvo trataré de quedar

La ubicación muy céntrico

En general todo estuvo bien para el propósito que llevábamos , a mi gusto nos hizo falta una TV más .

Fotos Engañosas, Expectativa vs Realidad

La ubicación. Un poquito mas grande que la habitación de un One y con cocina

La foto de la propiedad es engañosa. Te muestra un super balcón como con vista a la alameda. No hay tal. Son unas habitaciones "x"eso me molestó mucho, es publicidad engañosa. Ya adentro al elegir la habitación, si te muestra las fotos de la habitación, que ni las vi. No me gustó que las habitaciones no tienen llave o tarjeta, sino clave de acceso.No me gustó que no haya cerrojo para cerrar la habitación. No me gustó que el check se hiciera en la habitación. Preferiría un front desk, no que tienes que estar quedando con los chavitos para que te den las llaves y te las recojan. Me pareció todo el proceso inseguro.

Heart of the City. Great personalized service. Very comfortable.

Fantastic location in the vibrant historical center. Most of all, the great personalized service that I always receive makes all the difference and there is no other place I would prefer to stay at while visiting Mexico City.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but don't expect a level of professionalism you'd get from a hotel

The folks who manage the apartment were really good. I would like to point out that on my return these people went above and beyond in making sure I got a safe ride back to the airport.

My biggest issue was with the people who manage the security of the building; they are not trained on how to conduct themselves, especially when you have tourists coming in from around the world.

Fabulous, clean and functional property.

Emanuel greeted us on our arrival (3:00 am) and was available to answer all questions via WhatsApp. Communication was fabulous. The property was clean and spacious.

Not recommended though expensive...

There is a lot of noise 24/7. There are a lot of dogs!!! The water pressure is terrible and the hot water runs out too quickly! The representatives are not there 24/7 so if there is a problem, you have to wait until the next day.

A great stay in a vibrant neighborhood of CDMX

The location of Puerta Alameda Suites is fantastic, in a vibrant neighborhood of Mexico City and in walking distance to cultural and historic sites like Bellas Artes, the Zócalo, Templo Mayor, artesanal markets, Barrio Chino; and in walking distance of a variety of restaurants, shops, the metro and buses. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating--thank you to Bruce and Jon and their team. The apartment is in a 24/7 secure building and provided ample space for our family of four during our stay in Mexico City. The apartment is comfortable and clean. There is a mini mart in the apartment complex where you can buy some basic food items which is a plus. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Pleasant stay. Would book again.

Location was good. Nice apartment. Easy to communicate with property managers on whatsApp. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Building has manned security 24x7.

- No cleaning service, someone stops by to collect trash. Had to remind them to take it away - found couple of small roaches - hot water issue that got fixed by next day

Home away from home in Mexico City

The apartment was perfect for us and in a great location. Special thanks to Odra for the help she gave us. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. I would recommend to my friends.

My Favorite Place to stay In Mexico City!!!

The staff at Puerta Alameda Suites is always so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The location is ideal and the complex where the suite located is very nice. That is why I keep coming back everytime I am in Mexico City.

Fantastic Location and very Personalized Service!

Very presonalize service with John making me feel very welcomed and was very attentive to my requests. The location was excellent and the complex was modern and secure. I will definetely stay there again.

Perfect location, a little worn.

Perfect location right next to the park. Windows looked out to the courtyard so it was quiet while allowing air and light. Plenty of restaurants, street food and live music on the street every day we were there. Tour busses stop about 1.5 blocks away. Safe with guards at the door. There were sufficient cooking and eating utensils for 2. Nice to have 2 fans, a heater, washer/drier extra blanket, hair drier, the basics. The bed was comfortable but I wouldn't want to sleep on the futon. We got a good price.

The apartment seemed kind of beat up. Everything was a little worn. Cold showers for half of our stay. No response when we asked for help, even en Español. We eventually got it to work. The hosts were very matter of fact and not very friendly though they said we could store our luggage there. The room was okay but didn't feel overly clean.

it did not look anything like the photographs. It was sparsely furnished and ill equipped in the kitchen. We had two beds for three adults, and one child and no sofa to sit on.

We would do it again. All our expectations were met. Place is clean, safe, and easy to use

Odra is professional, friendly, and very helpful; always available to answer any questions promptly. The property is clean, welli-appointed, and in a great location easily accessible to food, retail, and transportation

Understanding that the doorman has to do his job, he was not helpful at all when we arrived late because of plane delays and had difficulty contacting our host. Would have been nice if he at least helped us place a call or give guidance on what to do

Great location for El Centro

We stayed at Puerta Alameda Suites 2 other times and would definately return. The location is excellent for visiting El Centro on foot and it's easy to get to the Chapultapec area by metrobus or uber. This 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable for 3 or 4 people - good seating, washer rand dryer in the apartment, good wifi. Communication was great before and during. They replaced a nonworking microwave for us immediately. Two full bathrooms - one in master bedroom, the other in the hallway opposite the bedroom.

The linens are washed with a very strong, perfumed laundry detergent that permeated the apartment. We washed all of our sheets and got rid of the smell. One reason we decided on this was the rooftop terrace, but didn't use it because there is no view; walls too high! Also, upon checkout, the person arrived 15 minutes later than arranged time. If you have to catch a plane or bus, allow extra time.

Very clean well appointed apt and location location location Walking distance to major sites in Historic area There is a small mini mart down the street where we bought some coffee and basic groceries for breakfast Next to the condo is a good Thai restaurant and a great italian restaurant - fantastic pastas and pizzas and very friendly staff. The apt is very secure 24 hr doorman and controlled entrance Highly recommend a stay here!!
