Could have been much better.

Location is very close to Ortigia and Noto. Gardens and pool area.

The place needs some maintenance. The Fan and lights in the room were very annoying to switch on and off, example you switch on the lights and the ceiling fan turns off and vice versa. Most of the outside furniture is broken and looks like there was a hurricane with tables and chairs scattered around. Breakfast was very limited with a few croissants. bread and butter, and Juice. The owner barely talked to us but the lady who served and cleaned the room was very nice. The bar and restaurant were closed.

Highly recommend

The staff was very nice and friendly! There is a swimming pool with a lovely surrounding and the breakfast was excellent. It is very close to the skydiving runway so that was also great. I highly recommend it to other travellers.

Upon arrival to the check in we were welcomed from the owner and "forced" to sit down and have a plate of pasta :) The place is stunning, most probably due to the corona pandemic and the lack of clients, some areas weren't completely taken care of which is understandable but the rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice and we even had the time for a quick dip which is why we went for this place over others. Just few minutes away you can find anything, from bars to restaurants, from highway to beaches and historical sites. Overall it was a pleasant stay and i would definitely visit again and recommend it.

Nothing relevant really. If only breakfast was a little bit better, it's even true that we went close to the end of it so maybe that's why but there was coffee and enough bread and croissant to go through the morning till lunch!

Good for locals only.

The property is OK for local families.

Rooms are all very close to reception / breakfast area / swimming pool and there is NO sound isolation. The swimming pool is open to the public during the day and many local kids families come for it. We did not receive any information from the host at our arrival (and I do speak italian) and on the second day there was a wedding party all over the property when we came back from dinner in town (also as a bride I would not accept tourists going around my wedding!!). If you search for a peaceful place, do not get fool by the pictures and go somewhere else.
