Will for sure start the search for future stays by checking out CitizenM availabilities

The "smart room"/tablet controlled lightning, blinds, temperature etc was so cool! Plus the huge comfy bed. Location was perfect, metro station as you step out of the hotel who is located across from the popular markthal.

Great location, friendly staff, large comfy bed. All you need for a short stay.

Small room, but has everything you need for a short stay. The beds are large and super comfy. Nice warm shower. Location is absolutely perfect.

On the website it said no parking available, but it turns out they do have some parking spots available in the same building. Would have been nice to know this before, now we parked a couple a blocks away and paid double.

Camera piccola, Letto inserito in nicchia che non permette di scendere lateralmente, mancanza minibar. Il box doccia con wc incluso. Il lavandino in camera.

Super Lage. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Es gibt rund um die Uhr kostenfreies Wasser. Die betten sind sehr bequem. Die Steuerung mit dem iPad war super.

Easy self-check-in with assistance, perfect location and connection to public transport, breakfast yummy and fresh, love the design interior design of the hotel

room layout, I still don't like the lavatory in the room, too little space for your toiletries, how about another shelf? tea or coffee in the room would be nice. coffee jam in the morning at breakfast. table space is limited during business rush hour.

В самому серці Роттердаму-все що вам треба побачити-в межах 1-20 хв.пішки.Від зупинки флікс-басу до готелю 1 зупинка на поїзді,вхід сплачуєте карткою на вході,від поїзду підземного до готелю 100 метрів. В готелі дуже любязний персонал,є камера схову безкоштовна і багато місця в лоббі,все просто створено для гарного відпочинку🌺🌺🌺

die Lage am Alten Hafen ist ideal für Spaziergänge am Wasser, aber auch nahe der Fußgängerzone, Markthalle und den Kubushäusern

für 2 Personen sind die Zimmer doch recht klein. Mein Partner konnte kurzfristig nicht mitkommen, so war es ok

Smarte Kajüte auf dem Großstadtdampfer.

Sehr funktionales, smartes, sauberes Zimmer, großes, bequemes Bett, geräumige Dusche, gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Guter Kaffee, gemütliche Lobby.

Ein Hauch weniger Kunststoff und ein wenig mehr Holz hätten dem Zimmer vermutlich zu mehr Gemütlichkeit verholfen.

Great place to stay easy access to the metro and the river.

Location was excellent right next to the metro. Car parking is expensive in Rotterdam so we left the car in a safe car park (which was next to a metro station) on the city outskirts and travelled to the hotel by metro. Bicycles were available free of charge at the hotel.

Cannot think of anything! The hotel is a great place to stay very quirky unlike an other I have stayed in.

A central hotel for a good price.

The lobby is quite special. Very artsy and modern.

Entrance was possible through ringing the door bell that read „intercom“. I suggest to put a clear sign that reads citizenm reception or equal.

Loved the cleanliness, the room was very comfortable and it had a great location where its close to most tourist attractions which was fabulous.

There wasn't any room service for meals. Each day when the cleaners cleaned the room, they oddly left the used cutleries behind when I had positioned the used plates and forks and spoons for them to clean away from the room.
