Not a 5 Star

Location

This property needs real face left. It needs renovation and repairs. It does not project 5 star hotel. Internet needs to be installed in all of the property.

Far below expectations for 5 star hotel

The room is spacious but far lower than a 5 star hotel

The hotel has contact with Turkish airline and the cancelled flights come directly to this hotel. Some nights in the middle of the night a group of people arrived and talk loudly. The stuff is not trained for a 5 star hotel. They don’t understand english very well. The location is in the middle of the road with lots of noise.

C’est bien passé.

La literie et l’espace de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Il n’y avait pas de moquette c’est très bien.

Au niveau de l’isolation.

Exceptional

Everything was satisfying and up to the expectations.

Bathrooms get smelly once the shower water flow, deep bathroom cleaning is a must.

Breakfast is great. But you have to catch the Omlette-guy. :)

Gym is working from 10:00(!) to 22:00. So no morning runs, or work-outs. And when I was there AC was not working, which means you can't use the gym at all. Try working out at +30C. Someone can die there from a heart attack. I hope they fix it by now. Even though they didn't react as something is wrong with it.

Staff are fine

No good maintenance for the kettle, A/C. No A/C in the hotel except the room. It was too hot .

I do not recommend it.

First of all, the lack of professionalism at the reception, which in every way tried to take more money from us than the booking amount, on the grounds that we have to pay additional taxes. They gave us a room with a window from inside the hotel, which did not have proper ventilation. The room also smelled bad.

Superb

Good breakfast.

The windows of the room overlooked a busy highway, the sound insulation is not very good and the noise from passing cars caused inconvenience.

In the next exhibition i will choose another hotel.

Location is close to Tüyap exhibition centre and fairly good breakfast

Room needs refurbishment. Bathroom and room promotive give aways are not sufficient. Rooms with internal window openings were very warm and noisy. Air conditioning was not working. Elevator is old and very slow. Elevator waiting time is ridiculously long.
