it was easily accessible

1. washroom was leaking and full of water on the floor 2. the tv had no signals 3. the thermostat was not affective. it made the room hot even on 18 degrees 4. there was no one at the housekeeping at the early morning hours so had to go down to reception and ask the security guard to call someone to get water.

It wasn’t upto the quality I expected and in fact it wasn’t even close to the standards one expects nowadays

Everything was bad starting from hotel entry to rooms ti cleanliness (cockroach in the room) to food

Good location. Decent staying place with all the required facilities. Rooms are good. Staying regularly in the property.

Location is Good

Very Dirty, old damaged furniture, tv not working, washbasin not clean, rusted taps, dirty mirror, dirty carpet, lazy reply on requests, no response from house keeping. overall very embarrassing experience in the name of PARK PLAZA

Stay and service was too good but the property needs repair and renovation.

stay, service and Gym was awesome

All the mirrors were rusted along the corners, washbasin was too old. Property is not maintained at all and looks too old.

Highly recommend. Clean rooms, good food and staff that actually are very helpful.

The food whether it be Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner I have to say was good and tasty. Couple that with helpful staff it was an enjoyable experience.

The room interiors were nice however time has a way of degrading things which I believe is high time to replace; for eg - the chairs at the desks, etc
