Gostamos da localização, mas para achar o hotel foi um pouco complicado, pois as ruas precisam de sinalização.

O quarto não tem tomadas suficientes, quer dizer tem umas duas tomadas. Insuficiente qdo reservado para três pessoas.

Muy cómodo para pasar un par de noches

La ubicación y que pudimos aparcar el coche en la misma puerta. La chica de la recepción fue súper amable, a pesar de no hablar español se esforzó un montón en explicarme todo y ayudarme en todas nuestras dudas. Fue un encanto y muy amable!

The room was big enough for 4 people. Clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Would stay somewhere else

It was very clean and the service from the staff was good. It's also very close to the shrine. There is also a restaurant in the facility, which is convenient (although we didn't eat there). Our rooms had balconies from which there was a nice view of the basilica. There was also plenty of light in the room.

The rooms were very small and had little furniture -- our and our friends' room had only a bed, two night stands and a desk. There was a wardrobe but nothing with drawers to put our clothes in. There wasn't even a chair in either room to sit in. The mattresses on the beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. There was also no climate control in the rooms-- for A/C or heat. We didn't see any vents that heat could come through and no heaters in the rooms, so I have no idea if they are heated. If you want something very basic and you don't mind a hard mattress, it's fine, but if you want something with more room and more comfortable beds I would recommend somewhere else.

Superb location, about 4 blocks away from the sanctuary, we arrived after 10 pm, took a walk to the sanctuary and enjoyed some candle lighting, took some nice pics and walked back, again the location of the property is amazing

Fine stay for last minute planning

The hotel reviews were the reason we booked our stay. Sadly those reviews did not meet our expectations. The hotel is a little worse than a Motel 6. Stinky scratchy towels, hard beds, no coffee or tea. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, I would not stay there again.

Central location close to the Apparitions Chapel and the Basilica, in fact couldn't be much more central than that, the staff was helpful, the place was clean and the price was right.

Heating in December was a bit tricky.

Very good choice for one night visit

Location is excellent, hardly it could be any better, great beds

Shower is a bit smaller, but manageable, window looking into the inner hallway

the location is close enough, 3 mins walk to the sanctuary.

the room is too small for 3 people. you didnt have enough space to put your luggage.

The place is amazing. I recommend it.

I like the place the fact that it is not far way from Santuário de Fátima. It takes only 10 minutes to go there. The café and restaurant are in the hotel we don’t need to go far away for breakfast and lunch. a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants are nearby. The receptionist lady is very nice about the time

We were thankful to have a clean room, central location for two nights. Staff was kind.

It was close to the Fatima sanctuary, clean, staff was helpful and food available in restaurant. some staff spoke English - very grateful. Another reviewer mentioned an issue with the electricity. The hotel key card has to be inserted in the holder next to the light switches to activate the electric. This was true in our hotel in Santiago, Spain also.

A/C didn’t work in 103 f heat, but I think that was everywhere and not the fault of the hotel.

I can't .

The good things the hotel is close to the Church.

I don't like the hotel because the room is small, uncomfortable, don't have air-conditioning and the room smells old. So, i can't stayed for two nights and I left the day after I arrived.
