部屋からの眺めが良かったです。ベットの寝心地も良かったです。

客室はもちろん、ホテル内外、駐車場もとてもキレイでした。朝食もクオリティーが高く美味しくいただきました。

The room was incredibly spacious, well furnished, and well equipped. The bed was immensely comfortable, and so was the large bathtub. The location couldn't be better, a short walking distance from practically any destination we visited. Would definitely come back.

The breakfast was quite mediocre.

We loved this place so much and wished to be back to this hotel, if we travel to Sendai again. Service, room, etc., everything are perfect.

This is my favorite hotel in Tohoku! I have no disparaging comments about the Sendai Westin. Miss Kato and Miss Mori, staff members at the front desk, again provided tremendous help and unsolicited kindness, helping with reservations for restaurants, taxis, etc. The hotel should be proud to have these two exceptional staff members in their employ.
