Accommodation as described and priced accordingly.

Location

We made a bad choice with this booking. Basically nothing particularly wrong with the property but we did not like having continental breakfast in our room. This information was provided on the website but we did not realise the implications. We would much prefer a jolly landlady/lord serving bacon and eggs and having a chat. The style was reflected in the price but we would not choose it again.

Peaceful location, well stocked fridge

Beautifully quiet location with lovely views. Easy check in and Moira was very helpful in providing information after we had booked. A bonus having a fridge, microwave and toaster in the room and the huge continental breakfast left in the room was hugely appreciated.

We have stay at Wayside B & B a few times now, wouod definitely recommend

The property is in the perfect location for us. Moira and Pete are a very welcoming couple, room comfortable, clean and outlook really lovely. Their continental breakfast has a variety of choices. Excellent property.

Perfect. Just what a weary cyclist needed,

I was instantly made to feel very welcome, The room was nicely decorated with high quality furniture and bedding. The serve yourself breakfast in the room was a real bonus, as I was able to get up early and get going without distrurbing the hosts, The pub 50yds down the road served good food,

Advertised as bed & breakfast but not really a proper breakfast at all

Easy to find, nice view across fields from window, nice well lit room, comfy bed & great pub across the road

Very poor breakfast, nothing cooked & totally diy within the bedroom out of date ham - room had a strange stale odour, dust still there as previously mentioned in reviews!

Bed was too small for anyone 6ft and over. Mattress completely broken, spent the night rolling out of bed as springs had collapsed

Good base to explore the suurounding countryside..

Lovely couple who really have thought of everything to make the stay really enjoyable. Good pub opposite for an evening meal or night cap before bed.

A small criticism was that bed could have beed a tad longer for a tall guy like me.

nice place in the country.

Ground floor room, quite roomy, good security and a fridge with fresh milk, orange and grapes. Nice people, great communication.

small tv, mattress was terrible and very springy (room 4). Although breakfast was included, it was a continental in the fridge. Was expecting a cooked breakfast, but admittedly didn’t read the description in detail.

lovely stay, convenient to all our needs and plans for our short break.

The property is set in a lovely location, our bedroom had a lovely outlook onto fields and the countryside. The breakfast was lovely and catered for Amy choice we preferred on the day. Our hosts were both friendly and informative.

Bathroom is in a smaller side but good shower . the room is slightly smaller for us as we have a big dog with us.

Pleasant

Pretty outdoor terrace overlooking fields.A good meal was available from pub over the road. Tasty breakfast foods left in fridge. The toaster was very handy.

The room was tiny with no lounging area or comfortable chairs apart from kitchen chairs. Bathroom needs some renovations including replacing the toilet seat. The other guest room with double and single bed would definitely be a better space for two guests.

everything was brilliant

loved this b&b , we stayed 2 nights everything u needed was in the room , garden was lovely , the owners were very welcoming asked for extra milk and they filled our fridge with all fresh products again on second day and the pub 2 min walk was brilliant food was lush , locals and staff were lovely and friendly , definitely coming back

Superb area to visit, Very comfortable Accommodation, All we needed for a lovely Holiday!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the B&B was in a good place to visit the Broads and all the surrounding area of Norwich. The breakfasts were placed in the room daily, with plenty to eat in the fridge as required. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really good. We were able to come and go as we pleased, with everything there that we needed. If we were to come to Norfolk again, we'd be back at Wayside. Many thanks.

There wasn't anything not to like, we had a very pleasant and comfortable holiday.

Lovely B&B in quiet, picturesque location with local pub, a minute walk down the road

Parking at the property and lovely, clean comfortable room. Refreshments and nibbles provided and host was most welcoming and friendly.

A lovely tranquil place to visit with nearby attractions a few miles in every direction beautiful!

The deluxe room was spacious, continental breakfast was ample and delicious and the whole environment was enjoyably scenic, Moira and Peter were excellent hospitality hosts by always asking if we were ok and needed anything, nothing was to much trouble and My husband and I commend them both!

I cannot comment fault as we both enjoyed our stay very much, so we will bringing our extended family on our next trip to sample the delights of what wayside has to offer.

Great value for money, lovely little room

Lovely little guest house, in a very quiet village, pub across road (although didnt go in the menu is in the guest house, and looked great, but we were only staying one night, so did not go in. The room had a small fridge with milk, orange juice, cheese, ham, cheese spread, butter & Marg, then their was bread and croissants for breakfast. Really impressive. Tea/coffee available with 3 packets of 2 good quality biscuits. Enough room for us, dogs were made very welcome. Shower unit clean. Would definitely recommend, we would definitely re book here.
