El personal que atiende no es amigable, es poco tratable aparte que, las toallas presentaba si tenía mal olor se notaba muy usadas y no tenía un buen olor, en general falta de cordialidad a todo el personal

Me gustó la cercanía con el lugar donde me dirigía

La habitación asignada tenía mal olor. Si bien tienen un servicio de custodia, el valor es antojadizo y no te dan boleta para eso. Existe poca variedad para alergias alimentarias Personal poco cordial y atento.

If you are on a budget this is your best option.

Super nice staff, great location. Roxanna is super friendly. Felipe is very efficient and flexible. Room had everything you could hope for when visiting a metropolitan city. Great underground/metro connection, excellent shopping opportunities nearby. Was a nice accomodation surrounded by many shops, restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good (can be easily improved with some small variations). Even though is an old building, what you get for the price you pay is beyond expectation. If you are on a budget this is your best option.

The internet was very good in room 5 but unstable and weak in room 4.

Nice room and locations, poor staff.

Nice room, the location was pretty good on a nice neighborhood in Santiago. Nice shower, good restaurant nearby;

Unpleasant staff. They we're asking as to leave 10 minutes before the check-out, knocking on the door. They did not help us with our luggage just for us to have a quick lunch. Bad manners for a host.

very noisy. the wooden floor was squeaky and could not sleep cause the people upstairs were walking the whole time. the reception lady was really unfriendly after we told her we cannot speak Spanish.

Can only recommend this B&B if one's on a budget and still wants great value for money.

Super nice staff, great location. Room was simple but had everything you could hope for when visiting a metropolitan city. Great underground/metro connection, excellent food and shopping opportunities nearby.

It was a bit cold and heating was not reliably available. Although I was given a little heater that help a bit.

Was a nice accomodation surrounded by many shops, restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood. Room was clean and had enough space for two people and our luggage.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. No 24/7 reception, so ask when you find someone in the morning or in the evening.

Stale restaurant smell from below, mildew smell in bathroom, noise from neighbor room through paper-thin walls.
