Mes enfants et moi nous avions passaient un très bon week-end et nous reviendrons très bientôt

Le logement est propre et très grand pour 4 personnes

Petit parking pour garer la voiture et manque certain ustensile de cuisine

J'y retournerais malgré tout

La proximité de la mer, l'accès et la vue directe sur la plage. Le parking facile d'accès. Possibilité d'avoir quelqu'un (personnel) même lorsque la réception est fermée. Bon restaurants juste en bas.

Le réfrigérateur défectueux. Je n'ai pu profité réellement que de 4 couchages car le clic-clac considéré comme un couchage pour deux était défectueux. J'ai du ramener un matelas gonflable par mes propres moyens. Ces problèmes ont été signalé et constaté par la réception (personnels et techniciens). Un réfrigérateur qui fonctionnait peu nous a été donné à la place. Le défectueux a été remis dans un autre logement. Le couchage (nouveau clic-clac) a été changé lorsque nous avons remis la clé. De plus, lors d’un nettoyage le 5 ème jour, j'ai été accusé sans fondement d'avoir plus de monde qui dort sur place. En effet, le personnel ayant vu le matelas gonflable à penser qu'il y avait 2 personnes supplémentaires. Pourtant l'information avait été donnée que j'utilisais un matelas gonflable pour pallier au manque de couchage. Quelqu'un de la direction est venue constaté le nombre de personnes. Pourtant mon problème de couchage n'a pas été résolu. Ce fut une réaction très désagréable et offensante.

La situation géographique L espace de l appartement La propreté Les environs ( tt est à proximité) La proximité de la mer et des restaurants

Manque d infos pour la récupération des clefs à l arrivée car il y a plusieurs bâtiments et plusieurs coffre forts Procédure de remise des clés pour un dimanche inexistante Il y a bcp de moustiques ( prévoir des moustiquaires de fenêtres pour les salles de bain par exemple) Nous n avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car une fois les volets remontés nous étions envahi de moustiques

Tout à proximité : plage, boulangerie, petits commerces, restaurants, transport maritime. La propreté du logement, l'accueil du personnel.

Il manque une douche extérieure pour se rincer les pieds en sortant de la plage.

Family stay on the beach

We got a room right on the beach, the location is stunning. The open air kitchen is a perfect place to eat and enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. There are frequent Vedettes to Fort-de-France, but also nearby supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants to eat. Good snorkeling right from the beach, we saw turtles, rays, and plenty of small fish. This is a perfect place to stay for a beach holiday in Martinique

we were given 4towels for 4 people & was told if I asked for more I would get charged

not much , kitchen was dirty & the utensil drawer was full of bugs.

This will be an excellent place to stay once it is up and fully operational. Meanwhile, poor.

Considering we were wakened with construction every morning they shouldn’t charge full price. Also we had to ask for our bedding to be changed and it was only done twice in three weeks. Wifi was often down or off and reception hours very inconsistent.

Superb

Directly at the beach and quite a big flat with all the equipment you need. The open-air kitchen is just wonderful. It is very close to the beach and the reception offers some good advice about what you can do in the area or around the whole of Martinique.

The WIFI only works in the reception area although a sign gives information that the EU connected the building with fibre optics. Better Internet would have been the only thing we could have asked for.

Such a perfect getaway from stresses of Canadian winter and pandemic enforced isolation

Loved the outdoor kitchen, the sense of space and privacy. Felt safe and free even during Covid. Great spot. Love the beach, the bakery, having a grocery store nearby. Absolutely magical location!

Absolutely charming, and the weather was very good too.

The location is just perfect, right on the beach, the bungalow is provided with all one needs for cooking, the bathroom is big and the bed very comfortable.

The wifi connection, impossible to have it in the bungalow, one has to go near (or inside?) the reception desk.

The hotel is in very nice place, just in Anse a l'Anne. The hotel serves rooms and bungalows. Rooms are very outdated and need renovation. Rooms are dark. Our terace was just to wall view so it was strange why such terace made. We didnt had wifi in a room, to get wifi need to go to reception. I will add photo of fridge that was in our room, which was totaly rusty.
