comfortable, nice, patient

the location was perfect really close to the centre of laganas the rooms were always clean and comfortable. they had everything you needed the staff was even better: it happened many times that we were sleeping when they had to clean the room and they waited for us. so patient

i actually liked everything but maybe i recommend putting a bottle at the end of the tube of the air conditioner because the mosquitoes and others were attracted by the water that went on the balcony

Great place with an awesome Greek family touch for exploring the beautiful island of Zakynthos!

The accommodation was not missing a thing for a proper week in Zakynthos. Good bedroom, really nice bathroom and a very good panty kitchen for cooking your own meals and enjoying home made Greek Mezze dinner on the balcony. What a dream! The best of our stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the whole family of Athina. She - with her husband Vassili and her son Stefanos - is helping you with whatever concern you have. They are really warm-hearted and good people! It was a big pleasure for us to meet Athina and her family.

The best place to stay in Zakynthos

First of all, the host of Athina Studios is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. So warm & welcoming & willing to do everything in her power for you to have a great stay and a wonderful experience in Zakynthos. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures, everyhing is new and exceptionally clean and tidy. The WI-FI connection is exceptionally good. The property is close to everything you’ll need: - 2-3 mins walk to the beach - 1 min to the nearest supermarket - 5 mins to the main street of Laganas, which is full of pubs, clubs, restaurants, taverns, gift shops … (but even though it’s so close to the busy area of Laganas, the property is located in a quiet place)

Nothing to mention here - everything was perfect - looking forward to come back soon!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful studio for a week. It was a great experience, our apartment was very big and very clean, the wifi was great and there was parking at the premise plus the beach was only 5 minutes away and there were supermarkets and tavernas everywhere. We will definitely return and recommend this villa to everybody, also the owners were the sweetest and kindest people and we look forward to see them again ❤️

Clean, newly renovated appartment with a great location and a sweet host

Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay in Athina Studios. The room was renovated this year and it was very beautifull for a good price. The location was perfect, bars, restaurants and the beach were just a 2-5 minutes walk. Athina, the host, was very helpfull and kind! If we ever go back to Zaktnthos, we will definitly come back. Thankyou very much Athina!

The only tip voor Athina is the waterflow of the shower wasn’t always good.

Stay at Athina studio was amazing. Location is perfect, even though it's just 2 min walk to the sea and 5 min to the main street where all restaurants and shops located, it was very silent and comfy. Athina with her husband is very helpful and kind people. Room is just after renovation and looks identically as on photos. Wi-fi connection is very strong, so if you need to work this is the best place to choose.

Amazing place to stay in Laganas

The whole building was recently renovated and rooms looked very nice and modern. Close to the beach (3 min walk). Strong AC. The room was good size and it also had a small kitchen area. The hosts were very friendly, they were checking in regularly with us, to see if we needed something - they also helped us with recommendations for restaurants and car rentals. Bedsheets and towels were changed every 2 days. There is also parking at the property, in a shaded place.

Just lovely!

I highly recommend this place! It was very clean and comfortable, everything was completely new! Very nice and calm atmosphere, away from any party noise. The beach is just down the road , and you can see the sea and the turtle island from the balcony. The owner is just lovely and available for everything that you need! She even offers airport transfer. Thanks, Athina!!

Close to the beach, close to the main road, but at quiet place.

Beautiful location, accommodation clean tidy, wifi strong. Studio owner is very helpful, kind, we can thank her a lot. I can only recommend this accomodation. She help us to find the cheapest car/bike rentals, delicious restaurants, and she personally arrange for us the transport from airport to the studios and back.

Perfect location & great value

The host is the most welcoming person i have seen on the island. She helps with everything that you need. The room was clean, in a secluded peaceful area but yet 4-5 mins walking distance to the beach and the main road (restaurants & pubs).

I really like Athina Studios, the apartment has a good location - near the center, but quiet enough. You need only several minutes to get to the beach on foot. Also, we had a sea view that perfectly accompanied morning coffee on the balcony. I would also like to note the hospitality and cleanliness in the house - 10/10. Next time in Laganas I definitely choose this apartment

If you want to meet the sweetest couple on the island, book yourself a room here :) we spent our last nights here thinking we will save some money as the price is very low budged friendy, but we ended up having the best time here. From the first second you will feel more like you are visiting your auntie and uncle who will do anything to make you feel comfortable. Even tho people is what makes this accomodation special, I need to mention the fact that the house is very pretty, clean and just a few minutes from the beach so as the city centre. Thank you for all your smiles and everything else ♡

Very clean room with perfect location in Laganas

Highly recommended!This place is very good value for money! Nice, super clean room with spacious terrace, located in central but quiet street in Laganas. Beach, shops and everything is within 100-150 meters. The hosts are very kind, helpful and speak English. We will definitely come back at this place when visiting Zakyntos in future :)

Perfect place with friends

The owners were so friendly from the beginning. They were helpful. We had a late check out. It was no problem for them. The house is situated about a 5 minute long walk from the coast. There is a nive shop nearby. There was air condition that worked well. Also there was a quite good wifi in the accomodation.

For youngsters ok

Owners were very friendly even when we arrived too early. Studio was selected just because of the location near to the airport (10 minutes)

We will not come back because of the location near to the night scene. There are people really like it facing the amount of night clubs and bars. But we have nothing to do there. Zakynthos has much more beautiful places to offer. Also the shower with the shower curtain makes the bathroom completely soaked.

Everything was perfect. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The stuff was more than kind. Location is very close to the beach and the city center. The kitchen/bathroom was clean and well equipped. I recommend the place with pleasure.

The host was incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. They gave us great recommendations for restaurant and car hire services. The rooms were cozy and clean, they had a nice terrace and the location is close to the beach but not in the centre of all the noise of Laganas which was a bonus.

Everything, especially hosts. We met some wonderful people who wanted to make our stay as beautiful (what they did). The location was very quiet and close to the very nice beach, just as we wanted ....

I have no complaint. Everything was wonderful. We're just sorry we had to leave, but we'll come back with great dear.
