Disappointing- expensive and low quality stay

The elevator, the cleanliness

The rooms look better in the pictures. I would rate the hotel as a 2*, not 3*. The restaurant wasn’t available for two days, so we had to eat across the street at a 5* hotel, very expensive (Azuga is not a developed resort, it barely has a Profi shop and a pharmacy which was closed, so if you need anything you have to go to Busteni. I wasn’t feeling very well those days and we were there with our small child, so we couldn’t walk too much). Very loud music at the restaurant, we asked them to turn it down, they didn’t, our child didn’t sleep well. We had to come back home two days earlier than planned.

highly recommend. the location is spot on and the balcony made the stay so worth it. very chill vibe, we loved it!

There was no breakfast available at the hotel. The staff only speaks Romanian.

Ski trip to Azuga

+ close to ski slope + Free parking

- restaurant: the menu is very limited. The restaurant is closed during weekdays. In weekend the afternoon program is between 3pm-8pm. No soup available. - no hair drayer in the bathroom - after 3 days no one came to take the garbage - Main telephone wasn't working (ringing but no one answered) so i had to write an email for additional information and extra one day reservation
