Most wonderful experience in amazing hotel !
we had the best time in Hotel Alto Traful! we could check in early and our room was upgraded. we enjoyed the massages, pool and dinner at the hotel and everything was excellent. the staff was amazing, very helpful and professional, we regret spending only one night and would return any time !

Beautiful view in a lovely area. Comfortable bed.
The location and view were nice. The pool with seating area was also lovely. The bed was comfortable.
The room configuration was a bit strange. Maybe it would work well for a family with small children. For adults, we found ourselves a bit cramped. No safe available.

Everything. The view from the room is beautiful. the staff is very nice and professional. everything is in perfect condition everywhere. the restaurant is very good. very good breakfast.
internet everywhere in Vila Traful is varying between bad to horrible. this is not specific to the facility, it is everywhere in the town. before you get to Vila Traful you should drive through 23km of gravel road (coming from west). take is easy.

a disappointment
the room had a bad location, the towel smell bad, the room was too hot, although i asked for special food they didn’t provide. and it was too expensive. not worth it.
