Easy parking and near food stall

Paid twice trough card and cash at property. Property keep on promising oyo will refund. Until today almost 2 months didn't receive payment. Refund of deposit also very difficult because no body was around while checkout. Only received a few days later.

very comfortable close to the beach, you can just walk to the beach

Very slow to refund the deposit. It's been almost a week. Even then I had to call and whatsapp many times to ask for the money to get deposite back.

good stay. safe stay.

gd location to beach, but beach not very clean, black soot, good for u if u like watersports and easy access to escape theme park, penang hill, tropical spice garden and fruit farm. can stay minimum one or two nights if going above places. staff Kavitha was very helpful with ferry timing to Langkawi and Mohan grandpa was nice. comfortable stay. just opposite the hotel there is fruit stall which is cheap and good service and fresh.

other families playing at night 12 midnight, them not closing the doors which posed a security issue.

not very satisfied about it and bad experience.

convenient n easy to find.

there is quite noisy after 12am , also the receptionist was a bit slow by doing her work.. the deposit money haven’t refunded to customer yet untill now since check out almost 3 week. can I know what happened?

Convenient and Cozy

The location- it's a short distance to the beach, eateries and other facilities including petrol station, fast food restaurants, mosque and pharmacy.

I could smell someone smoke cigarettes outside of my room or somewhere around the balcony.

I already booked n pay at the property for my aunt. She arrived at the hotel around 4.30pm. there have no staff there but they left their phone number at the counter. So,my aunt called one of the number they left at the counter. But the person said that there have no room left.they did not reserved the room for my aunt sinceshe came late n not pay yet. Why dont you call the customer first before you cancel the room. My aunt came from seremban.can you imagine how she felt? Suddently,around 8.30pm some one from the hotel called me when the time arrived. So terrible the management. I surely will not choose oyo hotel after this!
