Lovely, but lounge chairs are hard to come by.

Two bed, 1 bath was lovely, clean and comfortable. Very nice employees at the front desk.

Toilet did not work well, even after it was looked after by an employee. No loungers to be had at the pool, the majority stayed empty most of the day, claimed by a towel and book (or other). After watching the scene for a while, I realized that there were quite a few people that had a lounger on the beach as well as a lounger at the pool. Left quite a few people with no choice whatsoever.

Alll the boats that line at the swimming bouys blocking the views and playing load music. it’s really bad now

We loved the location and facilities and we will back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and responsive when we needed something. It was really nice to have drinking water in our room that we could fill our reusable bottles with and cups while in the room. The pool was really nice and we especially liked having chairs on the beach each day.

A few more towels would have been nice.

Beautiful property, great location!

An excellent location and lovely accommodation! The view from the balcony was fabulous and we spent a lot of time there, watching the ocean. Will stay again!

Enjoyed the best beach on Isla Mujeres!

The location was great, with the pool facing the beach. it was central in North Beach. The beach was clean and the food in the Mayan restaurant excellent. we enjoyed our stay!

There are no elevators but the staff were very helpful. we had some issues with the AC. Over the years the North beach has become very crowded. Although the food was great it was more expensive than other places.

Lovely quaint family style beach hotel at the best spot on North Beach

We were checked in efficiently and politely by Raul. We appreciated that the room was ready early and that the staff offered to let us in The rules were explained. Raul came with us to the room to be sure everything was okay and that we could find it. The 2 br suite was updated and had all that we needed. We appreciated the coffee and the bottled water. We love the restaurant next door-- Mayan beach club- where we were well taken care of by Cesar for the two days we were there. Good food and drinks.

It was a wonderful view of the beautiful beach.

The beach was amazing! The location was walking distance to amazing restaurants. The reception and cleaning g staff were excellent. Would definitely go back and stay here.

Easy beachfront stay

We loved the location of this place. Beachfront with access to lounge chairs and a very close walk to many restaurants. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. The housekeeping every day was amazing.every staff member we met were very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

The noise on the weekend was very loud because of neighbors (not the fault of this place) on Saturday night we could here club music until 2am. The bathroom was also a little uncomfortable because the size and how wet it would get after each shower.

Amazing hotel

Beautiful hotel on the beach front close to shops restaurants and bars. Great rooms with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Really nice and friendly staff. Fantastic pool and outdoor area with the most beautiful beaches

Great location, staff friendly and helpful

Our shower was very weak. It could do with a tv in bedroom. Noise from all the boats trying to out do each other in the afternoons plus music from different bars doing the same. Became unbearable some days. I like music but when it’s just a mush mash of sound it wasn’t good and spoilt some afternoons where we left earlier than we normally would

Would avoid Isla Mujeres altogether, it became a major tourist trap

Beach front.

Overall, an overpriced experience. Service was just OK, people were generally not very happy to help, expect for restaurant staff that expected high tips on overpriced standard food.
