Beautiful new hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Ver good value

Very clean and modern. Restaurant service was quick while food was delicious and nicely presented. Pool and patio areas we spacious and well furnished, lots of nice chairs and lounges for relaxing.

The fire alarms malfunctioned during the night and woke many of the guests. The alarm sounded for at least ten minutes before it was turned off. Amazingly I seemed to be the only person who ventured out of his room to see if there really was a fire. There was not.

The service is excellent! From the restaurant to the front the desk staff--everyone was professional, friendly and helpful.

Pleasant

The room in the old part of the hotel, where I stayed, had moisture damage in the room. The AC also had a lot of noice. The gym facility was small and had also severe moisture damage. Furtermore, we rent a conference room, which was very expensive, without any extra services (coffee service etc.). Not even a monitor available.

Horrible

Radisson did not honor my reservation. At the thick of the evening turned to night and i had to find somewhere else to stay. They said they were sold out completely, so why have it available on booking?

They could have accommodated me or find another place for me to stay since they didn't honor my reservations.

I liked nothing

Very low standard and the black birds were awful. I felt like they were in my room and a horror movie. I didn’t even stay one night… I left for another hotel

Good hotel

Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. They provided a fan in the room too, which was nice.

It’s a bit dated and could use new bathrooms. The shower was a not great, especially the shower head, but it wasn’t horrible.

It was a very enjoyable stay.

The location was very convenient for us. We were able to walk to several different restaurants, the Island taxi and other tourist locations.

The pool bar wasn't always open when we used the pool.

Great night in Belize City!

Staff was friendly, the restaurant was lovely for dinner. Rooms at the top of the tower have a beautiful view. Looking forward to renos that are happening. We will come and see when it is all done.

Breakfast was just okay.

If you have to pass through Belize City, it’s a decent shout

Really really nice staff, pleasant chat. Smooth check-in and out. Convenient shuttle service to/from both airports. The room was very spacious.

Spacey room but not well furnished or utilised. Very dated furniture and fittings. Crazy Alfred Hitchcock bird situation going on at dusk; insane noise, however it does go quiet after sunset. Shuttle service was not complimentary.

Convenient location, but can't think of any good reason to overnight in Belize City if you can avoid it.

The location. The airport shuttle driver on our trip from the airport, Cairo, was charming and entertaining.

The rates for e.g. the airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet could be a little clearer, i.e. whether US dollars or Belizean dollars. We opted not to have the buffet breakfast at what we thought was USD 25; turns out the price quote was for Belizean dollars, namely $12.50. same with the airport shuttle

Convenient location

A good location. Staff was friendly. Close to San Pedro ferry.

Price was high for the quality of the property, as it is quite run down. The windows were very dirty.

Now, I fully understand what it means to live a life of luxury.

Shana in house keeping did a great job, and with such enthusiasm. I loved the location of my room, and I liked listening to the birds early in the morning. Denise and Dearly at the front were kind and patient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The clam chowder was the best I have ever tasted. Compliments to the chef!

Nothing to complain about here.

A little run down

Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Breakfasts staff not so friendly and slow service, never smiled the 5 mornings I was there. Hotel is runned down. Old furniture, beds and needs a major paint job. Not the standard I would have expected for a Radisson. Location a little sketchy. I was told it was not safe to walk around the neighbourhood in the evenings
