An unusual place to stay, but very central, and surprisingly large!

Very central location. Included a kitchen (unexpected). Lovely bathroom.

Slightly depressing interior. Windows wouldn't stay open.

A perfect location for North Wales. Short drive to Snowdon, Anglesey, Portmerion and other locations. Bed very comfort

warm, clean and comfortable.

The fact that check in is in a different street and car parking is some distance away. This was a very uncomfortable arrangement as the weather was very wet, cold and windy.

A very good stay in Caenarfon, an idea centre for exploring North Wales.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the bathrooms fine also. A very good breakfast was available very close by, just one minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything, only had to park in public car park second night even though we had a Blue badge, but it was possible to move car there in second morning.

Rude staff and poor levels of service

- location is superb - beds were comfortable - bedroom was spacious

- This hotel WILL NOT accommodate you in the restaurant if it is busy. therefore I would avoid the hotel

Perfect base for our trip to Caernarfon.

Lovely apartment in perfect location within the old city walls with bars, shops and restaurants within a few steps. Perfectly adapted for a wheelchair guest, especially the bathroom. Huge king bed, which was very comfortable. Home from home. Very good breakfast at The Black Boy Inn just a few steps away and free secure parking there too. Staff at the Inn (where reception is) were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Pillows could be better! Other than that, nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were fabulous, room was gorgeous and have already recommended to friends and family. lovely to have a walk around the town and took approx 25 mins to drive to Snowdon for our walk.

Nice hotel, shame about the facilities.

the room was large and comfortable with all the facilities that one would expect. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was also excellent.

Although the location was ideal, in the middle of town, all the facilities such as reception and breakfast were in a different building several minutes away. Car parking was also ten minutes walk away in a public car park. If these points had been made clear on the website, I probably wouldn't have booked at this hotel.

Fabulous place, superb food, facilities and room.

We got room 72 which is enormous and has a fantastic bathroom, 5 radiators in total and was a 2 minute walk to the Black Boy Inn where you have breakfast and evening meals.

Very enjoyable - will definitely visit again.

The service was excellent, check-in was fast and we were shown to our room which was very good. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. Breakfast the next day was really nice and the staff were very helpful.

amazing! and would definitely return! Even with the rubbish Wi-Fi 😀

we had to move room due to no heating in our first room: The move was easy, both rooms were stunning, clean and very well decorated.the breakfast, dinner and staff were amazing👍😀

our ONLY, gripe was how bad the Wi-Fi was!

Caernarfon was all we hoped for and the accommodation made the short break perfect

The location was excellent, meals were brilliant and all staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very good , large and easy access bed was huge and comfortable.
