False advertisement. Villas were filthy.

Nothing- The Villa is nothing as shown in the picture at all and we didnt even end up staying here due to how run down and dirty the villa was.

As stated the pictures are nothing like the accomadation- villa s very worn down dirty nothing looked clean pools were filthy! Best avoided! This villa is a scam do not book and the owners/ managers do not look after their clients and will refuse to refund even though they are misleading you by false advertisement on there website! We didnt even stay at the property it was that bad qnd they refused to reimburse us. Complete scam. Do not book

Comfortable stay, good location.

Good location, close to walk to many restaurants, and to get a massage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and delivered to our villa each morning. Our family of 4 had a great stay. Organising an extra bed was easy, with a reasonable additional fee.

Don’t think we’ll ever go back there to stay.

The only saving grace for this place is the staff. They were polite and accommodating when we told them about the various problems. They were indeed trying their best.

The entire development was obviously so neglected and run down. Paints are peeling off, the vinyl floor in the living room is buckling and uneven, the sofa and cushions are hard and uncomfortable, the pool decking and sun loungers are so old and falling apart, rain water above the master bedroom ceiling was leaking onto the bed. Breakfast was not good for what they charged. The actual do not correspond with the photos.

Very good

Very warm welcome. Staff were friendly. The Villa is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped. Great for a family. The service was great. Breakfast was great and always served at your preferred time. Convenience store and nice restaurants close by

Its quite far from the beaches. we walked (3,8km to Canggu beach) and next day took a taxi to Semiyak. So though it worked because we could "access' both locations catching a taxi is not fun in Bali. If just a couple or older kids getting a Motor Bike will be awesome, but we couldn't do that with 3 kids

Did not stay in this property and still awaiting a refund.

Absolutely nothing - it was disgusting. Still waiting for a refund. Do not stay here.

The property was unsafe and did not lock up. All the doors and windows had been left open and there were bugs everywhere. The floors and bench tops filthy and stains on the sheets.

Absolutely incredible!

The staff were absolutely incredible. From any questions we had or queries we had, they looked after us so incredibly well and even sang my fiance happy birthday! Cannot rate these guys highly enough.

Great Villa

I had a bit of mixed emotions about the villa in the beginning. The actual complex is great, surrounded in nice garden. The villa has really nice entrance where you walk over a pond with fish, nice good size pool (aprx 10m long) living area and dining area. upstairs there is bedroom and another lounge room with mats - great for Yoga. huge bathroom with tub and separate shower. Location was good as we did hire a bike, nice couple of restaurants around the corner (turn left when you outside and walk for 1-2 min), nice massage place to your right.

that is where my mixed emotions started. Villa needs some work, pool lights weren't working, decking has loose timber. Kitchen vinyl is lifting. Sofa covers are all stained. Breakfast is the most modest/small i ever had in Bali. I personally don't think it is worth to pay for a breakfast in this villa. You get eggs with mini small croissant and another mini bun with tea. or fruits. But after enjoying all the good parts you sort of start to forget about those maintenance issues. So if you think you can look past them, definitely worth staying here. Hopefully they will do a reno and this place will be a Gem.

pool was nice- it was very spacious in the villa, cute going in with the walkway and fishy’s staff were lovely

location - recommend hiring a scooter it is very run down flooring is lifting everywhere downstairs breakfast was not the best - milk is powdered

Big apartment, low cost lovely location

very big property- and all facilities working perfectly. it was also clean and tidy. you need a bike or taxi to get to the beaches- but it’s easy to book. there are fish and cats which are very nice. a few coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. very good value for price

Comfortable villa with lacking maintenance

The concept of the villa with the pool, open kitchen, living room, private pool and also second floor with the two sleeping rooms with own bathroom is charming, comfortable and spacious.

The maintenance is really lacking a lot. A lot of lamps are not working, the plastic floor in kitchen, living room and eating area is dissolving and if you don't wear shoes, your feet getting black from the floor. The kitchen is not really well equipted and most of the things are really old and overused. Same is applicable for toilet seats, the shower and also shower head is falling apart frequently. I attached some detail pictures for better impression. As we got a great price it is a "okay", but for the regular price it would be a "no go"

Massive peaceful villa

Massive villa, excellent value for money. Comfortable bed. Exceptional staff

About 10-15 minutes from main Canggu strip. Very simple breakfast.

everything about the property was good. everyone was comfortable and pool was clean

what spoilt a great holiday break for my partner and her family was that the staff said there was some blood on some sheets which was denied by my partner but she agreed was a bit soiled. the staff demanded $100 Australian dollars to replace it. I can assure you if I was there no payment would have been made. unfortunately due to this greedy money grab we will not be visiting this villa again.. Bali is wanting return of tourist but people won’t come when treated like this and getting ripped off. it’s a shame that a great holiday was spoilt.

was a good stay but will probably not stay again due to lack of cleanliness.

location was pretty good with a mini mart and cafes within walking distance and not too much of a drive to beach clubs. the staff were lovely and very helpful with organising transport. the villa was incredibly spacious and the pool was refreshing.

the villa in general was not very looked after and was incredibly dirty with stains on walls and the floor which was incredibly disappointing.

Couple Quality time

The swimming pool is big for a villa with 2 bed room Staff is amazing, i was giving suprise to my partner and i ask the staff to decorating the room with flowers in bed and bathtub and they really do amazing job this was really nice of them thanks guys. room always got clean every morning breakfast is ready like the time you ask I love the bed room with 🛁 big toilet area bed is really comfortable 😌 Spend 8 days in this villa for our quality time . Love this place definitely recommend 👌 Thanks

Villa is big with a nice pool. Location is close to cafes and shops. We used a car.

Villa needs renovation. It was quite dirty comparing to what we've rented before. Difficult to park a car
