A clean basic hotel with secure parking

Pretty lacklustre hotel. Costly for what you get.

It had beds and a shower. They let us put our food in the fridge and use the kitchen.

Very lacklustre dated room, light bulbs not working, Staff on the front desk seemed to have a poor and unhelpful attitude. Disinterested in helping us with storing our bags or giving directions. Told us they would book a taxi for the next day and failed to do so. Downstairs smelled a bit musty and damp.

Very bad service from staff

The worst service in an hotel we've experienced. Upon check in the lady at the front desk wanted to charge us the wrong price, which was 200 Belize dollar higher than the confirmed amount by Booking.com, which we could show proof of. When we asked her to explain, she said it was commission, which should not be charged to the guest. All she said beside this is that it's the price the manager writes down, so we asked to speak to the manager, then all she had to say was that the manager is not there and busy. This cannot be called service. All of a sudden she did manage to call the manager and the manager confirmed we had the correct amount. We received no apology. When we asked for an invoice she couldn't give it to us, as only the manager can do this, the same unavailable person. All in all would definitely not recommend staying in this hotel. Service is incredibly bad.

Superb

Easy Inn felt safe and welcoming, which was really important to me as a female solo traveller in Belize for the first time. Staff were the highlight. Room spacious with everything I need and good access to public transport to go into the city centre.

Staff was ok but the real issue is the facilities. It took about an hour and a half for the ac to cool the room and the bed was uncomfortable.

It was nice had to get room changed, nothing like the picture but we worked it out with minium issues.So no complaints.

The pictures were different,but I dealt with it. So it worked out . A few upgrades where needed but not bad.

Very good

The room was clean and big enough for 4 people (2 queen size beds), the bathroom too. Quite close to the airport (15'/20'), it's perfect if you don't want to get stuck in the traffic, but not indicated if you want to enjoy the city center (there is one only restaurant close to this hotel).

Good spot for the Airport

We stayed here due to an early morning flight. it’s perfect for a short stay, close to the water taxi terminal (by cab) and the airport. the rooms are spacious with good air conditioning

There’s no lift in the property and it is a taxi ride from most amenities as it is located on a busy road. There’s a fuel garage and a pizza place within walking distance

Bare bones, but clean place to stay on the way from the airport. Comfortable with AC and a TV. There's a couple of small restaurants and a grocery store in immediate walking distance but not much else. You can walk to the city in about 40 minutes as well.

Not much around the hotel but otherwise fine. If you just need a place to overnight is great for a short stay. Not a whole lot around for a longer stay.

Good price and recommended for short stay a night or two max. And it's gold standard accommodation meeting the Belizean accommodation requirements for covid.

The location and the hotel looks like untouch for many years. Need some renovation and decoration too.
