Y’all need to bring back the iron in the rooms and needs to decrease the price of beverages.

It is a nice place.

It was so quite. We could rest. We only stay one night. A/C was damage in the first room and they change us right away. The front desk person was friendly. The security person even joke with us.

The person taking the order for the breakfast. She seems to be upset.

Def not a get what you pay for kind of place

I loved that for the price you pay you get a really good hotel. The room was very clean and well air conditioned. The bed was comfy and the hotel staff were all very friendly. I went with my husband but next time I will definitely bring my kids as well.

My only dislike, was the sheets on our first night. They were microfiber and were so staticky. We asked for a change and we got super soft cotton bedding and were able to have a great rest!

great place to stay while in San Francisco de Macoris.

The property has everything that I needed. there is a Casino, nightclub and it was very close to the groceries store.

the room they gave me had a strong other then I reached to the receptionist he was able to switch me to another room.

I will use this facility if I return to this city.

Overall good, breakfast was good. Pool was good quiet place.

The room l stayed in was not close to the main entrance so the WI FI suffered was weak.

The hotel would benefit from a refreshment

The swimming pool was very nice. The guys at the reception of the hotel was very helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is not a lot of alternatives around. The furniture was very old and it was not possible to use the bathtub. The staff, except at the reception, was not speaking english only spanish. There was very few items on the food menu for diner and no restaurant around. There was no partnership with the cacao farm which was the main purpose of my visit.

Very accommodating place to stay just bring your own food

This property it’s almost like an antique property it’s very nice and it’s very accommodating the girls are comfortable the bed is amazing the water is nice and hot and they also include a shower cap I love those little finishing touches

The food is horrific I ordered breakfast and to be honest with you even the butter taste bad if there is such a thing🥲😳 however the staff was very accommodating very friendly they just need a better cook the food taste as if it was old and not freshly cooked. Aside from that I think some outlets should be included in the sitting area so when people are having breakfast they can also charge the phone because it’s a resort type of setting and people like to have their equipment with them just a personal preference.
