Absolutamente nada

Café da manhã pessimo Fui em grupo nos dois quartos limpeza horrível e chuveiros pareciam que estavam entupidos saía água para todo lugar , tive que dar banho no meu filho de 1 ano em ducha de praia pois lá caía mais água que no chuveiro do hotel

Hotel Excelente para quem quer aproveitar dias de descanso

Hotel muito bom Localização nota 10! Os tamanhos do quarto e banheiro excelente, fiquei no segundo andar então a vista para piscina era muito boa!! Limpeza perfeita. A equipe perfeita no atendimento, sempre muito solicita.

O café da manha é razoável poderia ter mais opções regionais e sucos naturais. Mas nada que comprometeu nossa estadia. o cafe da manha tomamos com a vista para piscina , foi um espetáculo.

O quarto quando recebi estava com o chão sujo demais , banheiro muito pequeno , café da manhã pouquíssima opção.

Localização excelente.

Café da manhã PÉSSIMO, poucas opções e repetido. Pedi uma tapioca um dia a massa veio grossa e no outro dia a massa queimada.

Cama de solteiro muito pequena, lençóis finos. Negócio que segura a porta exatamente no meio do quarto, eu e meus pais topamos nele várias vezes.

Limpeza precária, quarto cheio de baratas pequenas, cheiro de mofo...tinha baratas no travesseiro. Cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Travesseiros com odor de suor. Lençóis manchados.

I wouldn't go back

Breakfast was ok.

My first impression was that I didn’t find the employees very helpful. When we parked in front of the hotel and took our bags out of the car, the bellman asked “do you want help bringing those into the hotel?” I knew that there wasn’t a chance that he'd be bringing my bags up to the room, and I was right. Later, when coming back to the hotel after dinner, we greeted the desk clerk with a “good evening”, but he couldn't be bothered to reply—I guess we disturbed his nap. The hotel elevator had an overwhelming odor of mold, probably from guests using the elevator directly after the swimming pool. Our room was not much better: there were no hangers in what passed for a closet and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. The bed had only 2 of the flimsiest pillows I've seen in a long while. We called the front desk to see if they could send up 2 more. We waited for a while, but finally gave up and went out. When we returned, we called the front desk again, and with a new shift on duty, it was an easy task (as it should've been the first time we asked). The bed was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept at all. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a room safe, until I stayed here.

Internet is hit or miss and watch what you paid for

I paid for a room with AN OCEAN VIEW AND THEY SAID NO - SO I LOOKED AT THE POOL AND THE INTERNET WAS OFF AND ON AND FOR THE DAYS I STAYED I USED HALF MY DATA FIR THR MONTH

No Internet!

Having air con.

The Internet did not work. You connect ok but you only get the Internet a short time and then it fails. If you use the Internet, like most of us do these days, then stay, somewhere with a reliable service. Also only one properly accessible PowerPoint to charge devices.

The hotel started construction work next to my room at 9am and would only relocate me to a quieter one after I argued with them for 30 minutes.

Totally worthy.

Excellent room. Gentle attendants. Great location. I´ll probably come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was a bit of a downside. Lack of dishes sometimes. Not too many juice options.

Location.

Poor selection of channels on TV. Noisy surroundings (north wing apartments). Breakfast can be improved (scrambled eggs were overdone everyday).
