The breakfast is outstanding at their restaurant. The staff is all incredibly kind and helpful.

La hab q reservó mi mama por teléfono olía a humedad, solo echaron un spray al aire pero no hizo mucho. Mi reserva fué por Booking y la habitación estuvo muy bien. Estuvo cómoda y bien fresh/limpia

La piscina de niños esta vacía siempre porque los niños se pasan a la piscina de adultos. Que bueno que van a remodelar desde ahora hasta Nov 2024.

the resort is middle of the road but good for families

The location of the resort is very convenient to attractions. It is a bit pricey for the amenities. we enjoyed the beach and pools.

Our first night was in a room with the most awful smell of mold and mildew. It got worse as we tried one night there. After begging the front desk to move us we were able to be moved to a decent room. not much of a view but at least we could breathe.

Great location. Gorgeous grounds.

The room was not clean. The chair, couch, and headboard were covered with stains. The floor was filthy leaving our feet and socks black. One light shade in the bathroom and the clothes line are covered with stained with black mold and the other shade had a red stain on it the might have been blood or rust or makeup or ketchup? It’s a shame because the bed was comfy and the grounds are gorgeous. But it was very hard to be comfortable when the room felt so dirty.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious

Room service did not clean my room. I called the Front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Also there were roaches in my room Along with a stained mattress and dusty lamps. Totally appalled since we paid close to $2000 for 6 days for a high end resort. Nothing was done about this to compensate for the discomfort. Last, but not least there was a bug in my juice during the breakfast buffet, so the manager removed that from my bill.

The only negative was the “coffee” machine that was actually a express or latte little thing that produced horrible “coffee” I would rather a regular cooker maker :)

Amazing location and food. The amenities in the rooms need to be taken up a notch

It was beautiful and close to the things we wanted to see. The staff was wonderful.

Just little things. The halls and rooms had a musty/mildew smell and everything stayed wet. The towels were really rough and the hair products smelled bad. Beach towels were threadbare

Awesome hotel for the value.

We had the breakfast buffet included in our rate and it were so many great options at the buffet. We rented a car at the Wyndham which was very convenient. All of the different pool and restaurant options were great for the family.

The cable was out for the first two days. The hotel never left us enough blankets for the beds we used in the room. The bunk bed was very squeaky.

The hotel areas are beautiful. the rooms are spacious and comfortable bed. Great restaurants and beach is perfect.

Perfect place for a getaway with the hubby!

The grounds were beautiful. The swim up bar was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, all amenities were easily accessible. We had a wonderful time!

The WIFI wasn't the best, but we received notification that the problem was outside of the resort's control.

The breakfast bar and staff was excellent. The bell hop was very helpful getting us taxis. My favorite staff was the concerrage. We loved Jaunita and the man that worked with her. They deserve a raise! Loved, loved them!

Wasn’t the best but also wasn’t the worst. Won’t stay again!

The service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating

way overpriced for what you get. It’s a nice hotel but it wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were bandaids floating in the pool, the beach chairs had bird poop on them everyday and you literally had to watch out to make sure birds didn’t poop on you. The rooms were decent but they definitely need a deep clean. The food was ridiculously expensive - why are 3 pancakes 20$? And there aren’t a lot of food options, especially if you are vegetarian/vegan. Also if you don’t eat pork make sure you say that because the beans at the restaurants are cooked with pork. Also, there isn’t much to do on the resort besides. Beach pool & jetskis. The beach water is very rough and dangerous to swim in.
