Hotel in de uitgaansbuurt met zwembad op het dak.

Kamer voldoende groot en leuk zwembad.

Het hotel ligt naast een discotheek, dus daar hoor je wel wat van, al viel dat al bij al nog mee. Bovendien keek je uit op een muur. Maar het ergste was dat de kamer was vochtig waardoor alles klammig werd en het stonk er ook.

Location perfect in centre of Kuta. Great staff and very professional. Great housekeeping and excellent breakfast.

A little noisy sometimes due to nightlife and night blues, but rooms have great soundproofing

The noise from the street in front of the Hotel could not be heard in our room.

The Spa place and its services are not as expected and disappointing. We asked to be given an extra doormat for the toilet, but they said there was an additional fee. Which in my opinion does not make sense.

was a great stay for a couple of days!

the rooftop pool was lovely. the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great, lots of options! had the best massage here also. 180k for a full 1 hour Balinese massage.

this hotel is in a very busy area meaning it is very loud at night! but if you keep your doors shut, the noise is minimal.

our stay was ok, unfortunately this hotel is not as advertised, the rooms need a deep clean, the septic system needs att

the staff were very helpful and very polite can not fault the service

this is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel, the rooms smell damp and mouldy, the shower heads need a clean, and the septic smell in the rooms are very unpleasant

lovely hotel but terrible street noise at night meant I got little sleep.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the lobby was attractive, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The noise from the bars nearby was terrible. I could not sleep until the music stopped at 2am. The hotel windows were double glazed but the noise was still very loud. it was not the hotel’s fault but I would never choose to stay there again as a result of the noise.
