Amazing location, great staff, Janny was extremely accommodating.

Shower was lukewarm, never very warm. The room was extremely cold. We had to rent a portable heater

Best host and breakfast

The owner was super friendly, caring and made us feel at home. The room was clean and with care. The breakfast was also great!

Nothing much actually. Maybe the room could be a bit brighter, but that is only the case when you plan to stay in your room for a long time. They are planning to fully upgrade the whole place. Will be amazing!

Everything was perfect! Jani is super friendly and gave us a very warm welcome, provided all kind of information. The room was very nice with comfortable bed. Thermos can with hot water and tea was a great addition.

Best hotel I have stayed in

Best hotel i have stayed in, the host Janny was just beautiful, the cats came and kept me warm while sitting outside, the space was comfortable and lovely to be in, a safe place and tea was available when ever I wanted it. I'm so greatful, wish I was still there. A few places in the space you can relax and chill out even a garden.

Can't think of a better place to stay in Pisac

Janny and the staff are incredible! They are the most warm and welcoming staff I've had. My girlfriend became sick in Pisac and the really helped us. In addition, rooms and facilities are excellent. Best shower I've had in Peru, good and stable wifi.

Agreable mais trop froid

Wonderful person, nice garden and comfortable bed. I appreciate the hot water thermos offered. Nice garden. I recommand this place if you are looking for a rustic experience. For me it's better to pay 2 euros more per night to get a more comfortable room

No hot water. Cold Rooms not heated, no sun, no view, and no hot water (the owner tried to make it warm but stayed a little less cold ). I stayed 5 nights .

Lives up to the plaudits on Booking.com

The location of the hospedaje allowed for a nice walk into the village in the morning; past markets and cafés. The host was lovely and recommended some places for food that had to fit particular criteria. The shower in the morning was hot with decent pressure.

A great combo of private room, lovely shared space and fantastic location! Unbeatable!

There was a lovely comedor, sitting room and jardin. The location is brilliant, on Pisac's main street, right by the local market and super easy to simply walk back into the village's charming sidestreets. The dueña was very attentive, supplying us with hot water for drinking and making sure we were very well taken care of. Fabulous place, I'd stay here again!

A wonderful self-contained room, with some natural light, sparkling clean and thoughtfully maintained! Sometimes the hot water cut out mid-shower but I think this issue has already been resolved.

Beautiful room in central Pisac

The hosts are super nice! And the room is pretty. No heating, as it is usual in Pisac, but clean, tidy, I had all I needed. The host prepared tea in a thermos every night as a complementary gesture.

Super location in the center but still quite at night. Janny the host was very friendly, helpful and cared for our well being.

We had some problems with the hot water in the shower.

Safe, warm,helpful and friendly landlords 👍

This place was perfect for me the owner was very helpful about anything free WiFi, I am a family person so I love this family atmosphere. In fact in the future I plan to use their facilities 👍
