Excelente fin de semana

La atención por parte del personal administrativo y de servicio fue excelente siempre prestos a servir y solucionar cualquier inconveniente, los apartamentos son cómodos, cuentan con un servicio de restaurante excelente con muy buena sazón, todo lo que se prometió en la reserva se cumplió a cabalidad.

Mientras estuve en mi pasadia no tuve ningún tipo de desazón ni desacuerdo en cuanto a espacios locativos ni personal

El trato cálido, amable, cortes de todo el personal, no recuerdo el nombre del encargado pero una muy buena persona, Jesus, Warleidys, y el otro chico de la recepción, la gente de la cocina, la ubicación es única, todo tenes a mano,un muy buen barrio, simplificando...exelente todo!!!

Nunca más compro en booking

No me gustó lo que hicieron de cobrar la el valor antes de que llegue al hotel, y hackearon la tarjeta de crédito, han realizado cobros indebidos, es mi culpa por confiar en ustedes, de entregar los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito

Como le repito hackearon mi tarjeta de crédito, solo ustedes tenían acceso a mi tarjeta, y el hotel es responsable de realizar el cobro sin autorizar el cobro, y sin estar presente en el hotel, como se sentirían ustedes?

Estancia agradable, tienen buena cocina arriba en la terraza

Tiene una vistas muy bonitas, con una ubicación buena , cerca del mar (a una cuadra) del centro a 10 minutos en taxi (10.000 Cop). La habitación tenia una cama muy comoda ,un jacuzzi para dos muy bonito. Estaba todo limpio. El personal de cocina muy agradable y la comida con buen sabor, el desayuno estuvo variado y podías escoger como querías los huevos. (Fritos, revueltos, pericos…)

Los jugos estaban muy amargos .

Robo de dinero

Me robaron 200 dolares de la habitacion, deje la llave de la caja fuerte escondida ya que no queria salir con todo por seguirdad, no pense que podia pasar esto pero despues de la limpieza de la habitacion falto el dinero Ademas loa dueños me hicieron perder el dia para que espere a hablar con ellos y se rieron en mi cara porque no me dieron ninguna solucion ni resarcimiento Incluso les ofreci que al menos no me.cobraran la noche pero no hubo caso, no quisieron hacerse cargo de nada. No recomiendo para nada yo no volvere y vere que accion puedo tomar por Booking Solo fui un fin de semana a conocer y me salio mal...

Dirty, noisy, rude staff - but the stars are the cockroaches

Nothing - The hotel needs urgent renovation and cleaning. The area is not safe. The staff is extremely rude. The rooms are noisy. There is no hot water and no internet. But for me the biggest horror was the cockroaches that crawled even in the beds.

We checked-in late in the evening. At first glance, the room looked ok, but when we returned to the room with our luggage, we saw cockroaches on the walls and bed. Luckily we had mobile internet (there was no internet on the hotel network) and managed to find another hotel to move to. When we told the reception that we were moving out because there were cockroaches, they said: oh, but they are only in the corridor! Unfortunately, the cockroaches apparently did not understand that they should only stay in the corridor!!!

If you want to sleep with COCKROACHES, this is the hotel for you

The most disgusting hotel we have ever been to. Cockroaches, bugs, ants, misery - I'm sorry Booking doesn't allow uploading a video to show all the crawling things in the room and bathroom!!! In addition: Internet is available only at the reception and in the restaurant; most of the time there is no hot water; in the room you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms and from the street. And as a bonus: the hotel is only a block away from the most dangerous part of the city and hotel's front door is locked even during the day. We spent 3 weeks in Colombia - traveling and changing hotels almost every day. Cabreromar By GEH Suites was one of the most expensive and yet the most horrible hotel we stayed at. Avoid it!

Very close, packed with refreshments, food was prepared very quickly, charging ports are EVERYWHERE I appreciated that. There was more than sufficient space even thou it’s small but it fits perfectly for a solo traveler. Mirror placement was everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The main entrance stayed close at all times with lock and key.

I was of the belief there was a pool area here but none in sight. I didn feel 100% secure with the lock on the front door. the fridge was a tad bit too low.

We loved our stay at Hotel Cabreromar by GEH Suites! The staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean, a great location and we loved the rooftop patio! The wrap around balcony allowed us to have a nice peek-a-boo view of the ocean! Merci from the couple from Canada! 🇨🇦 We had fun!

Great Choice/Very Reasonably Priced for the Value

10 minute walk to the Walled City and Getsemani, literally a few seconds around the corner from the local beach, hotel has an apartment feel, had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Shower wasn't hot and kinda lukewarm.

Reception tried to upgrade me to a room with a king bed...but it had no fridge nor balcony. I asked for my double bed and got what I booked , a better room with double bed. A/C very weak, and they never returned to open safe for me. Made me wait while they confirmed I did not touch food and drink for sale in room

We liked the staff, they we extremely friendly and help full! The lady's in the restaurant they were lovely and also the gentleman at the front desk

We didn't like how close the rooms were to each other, we were able to listen the AC going on on the room next door, also when the neighbors were shutting or opening the door it was very loud . We also didn't like there was no cash out options at the hotel knowing there are ATM's around, it would be a plus for the hotel

Just no for a good Cartagena experience

One of the guys on reception and the breakfast crew were friendly. Rooms quite large.

The WiFi didn't work in the room. We constantly told the staff, one of whom would come and stare at a box on the wall and say it was working. It caused us lots of problems with trip booking and planning walking routes. There were other people's hairs in the shower and towels are only changed every two days. They don't seem to have much confidence in their cleaning as there's a sign in the bathroom saying not to drop towels on the floor in case they stain. Street noise is awful. Even on 6th floor it sounds like lorries and cabs are about to drive through. The surrounding area is also pretty rough. There are a couple of shops and food places but they are very limited in what they offer. If it hadn't been new year, and limited alternatives, we would have moved to within the walled city. Our advice is, if that's what you've come to see, stay there instead. Although you might read that noise is a problem in the central accommodation, it seems to be an issue in most places, so let other elements guide you.
