Gem of an apartment

Wonderful location in the centre of old Alicante but only minutes from the sea. Beautiful spacious apartment. Very well equipped and comfortable and amazing sunny terrace. Very comunutive owner who was available on whattsapp at any time.

We loved everything. As we were only 2 people we used the large double room with bathroom. The second twin room also has ensuite and is lovely. The only change I'd recommend to the owner is to replace the toilet and shower doors. They are currently glass and offer no privacy from the bedroom. I wouldn't have been as happy in that room.

Perfect for beach and city sightseeing.

The apartment was outstanding and the location perfect. The outdoor terrace was a great addition! We will happily return to stay there again.

Centrally located apartment. Amazing terrace for sunbathing and two spacious bedrooms. Very well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment with amazing terrace!

Couldn’t have asked for more from Rafa, he replied immediately to any of my random questions. Lol. The apartment itself is great. Has everything you need. The bedrooms are lovely and big with a huge comfy bed! Air con in bedroom and living area. Bathrooms/showers are perfect. The living area has a big soft sofa, perfect to relax on in the evening watching tele. Kitchen also has everything if you want to cook and eat in. The best bit for me was the private terrace with comfy seating. It got the sun all day and even at night it was very pretty with the light set up. 2 minutes in any direction has you at bars and restaurants. It’s also in the most quirky street. Think Wizard of Oz and the yellow brick road mixed with the caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland! Lol. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! If I had to be picky and say something the only thing I could think of is a full length mirror, but that just me being an annoying female! Lol.

Exceptional

The location was perfect right at the heart of the old town, very close to all the amenities and in the same street as the toad stools. Extremely comfortable, well equipped apartment we cannot think of any negatives. The owner Rafa and his niece Albi went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay - thank you both xx
