I like this hotel and would recommend it for everybody.

Location is superb. It is my second stay in the same hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable however I hate the bathrooms glass walls as I travel for work with my colleagues and this is really not good. About breakfast, there is a wide range of choices but doesn't fit us as muslims, and I cannot blame the hotel as the majority is Chinese and they find what they want. however, I could find what makes me fine in breakfast.

I didn't like the way I reach my room, I have to take an elevator from first floor to the 23rd floor to arrive at the front desk, then walk a distance (very tiry after long business days with some health issues) then take another elevator to my room. The internet is not as I found in many other hotels in terms of speed and does not have VPN also like other big hotels in China.

O hotel tem uma vibe muito agradável. Foi segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel. O que faz este hotel muito bom é o atendimento muito caloroso do Jonatan que se você fere e a ajudar com dicas de o que fazer na cidade. Realmente o que ele nos auxilia nas duas vezes que tivemos estadias lá foi super bom.

Train just right at the doorstep of hotel. At the heart of electronic markets, and just a few stops down to dongmen pedestrian street. Room was also big clean and comfy. Service staff also went beyond in helping us to book rides. Better than some 5 star hotels out there!

Super Preis-Leistung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Lobby ist im 23. Stock, die Zimmer darüber. Der Ausblick ist also von jedem Zimmer aus spektakulär. Ganz oben gibt es ein Gym mit Blick über die Stadt. Die Gegend ist toll zum Einkaufen, direkt vor der Tür ist eine U-Bahn-Haltestelle.

水壓低，熱水開一點點都燙死了，冷水全開也沒多大，整個很難洗澡。

位置方便，地鐵出口一上來就是酒店。

電視只能看直播，明明有極光，卻不能付費看電影，跑不出來付費畫面，還一直當機跳出去。向客服查詢還不知道極光，也不知道付費看電視，就請了個維修人員過來，維修人員還問我極光怎麼按，遇到當機了就說重開就好，一直當就一直重開，最後叫我只看直播。在中國住這麼多家酒店，就這家連電視都沒辦法好好看。

Perfect stay in ShenZhen

Perfect location, got washing and drying machine (even provide free detergent), got many restaurants nearby, perfect view

Basically all are good, only feel like it should have two glass door in front of shower and toilet bowl area but missing. But it would not affect my good feeling. It would be better if the room could got a microwave oven....

Хороший персонал. Особенно понравилась девочка на ресепшн. Beta. Помогла найти места интересные, очень крутой мужик в отельном ресторане работает кажется администратором там. Чисто в комнате, уютно, вид хороший. Интернет неплохой

Недостатком было то что кроме той девочки никто не сказал что в 21:00 или 21:30 дают вечерние закуски( лапшу) и на завтра не разбудил никто( было бы приятно. А так все ок

Had a pleasant stay with professional staff that helped us

The location was superbe. 3 metrolines to choose, so getting around by metro was extremely easy. The staff was very nice, especially Jonathan that helped us with the transport to Hong Kong airport. You can ask him anything about food and leisure and he will give you good advices.

The bed was a little bit hard, otherwise the hotel was almost perfect.

地點很好且方便，樓下就是地鐵站以及美食街。房間很整潔，打掃阿姨很親切且認真。擁有自助洗衣很方便。外賣機器人服務很認真。樓下櫃檯服務佳。景觀視野良好，可以遠眺深圳的高樓。位在市區熱鬧的地方。環境優良。洗浴用品齊全且好用。

前台大堂位在大樓23樓，前往先搭到23樓前台大堂再轉搭往客房的電梯。有點不太方便但尚能接受。

В очередной раз выбрал этот отель. Лучше по соотношению цена-качество сложно найти. Идеальное место расположение. Отличный завтрак. Англо-говорящий персонал. Но самое главное - вид из окон!

Наверное пора чуть освежить номера. Давно не было ремонта

Для путешествий по работе - лучше не найти

Каждый раз когда прилетаю в Шэньчжэнь останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Достопримечательностей мало вокруг, но с точки зрения работы и покупок в торговых центрах - идеальное место. Очень нравится вид из окон. А также шикарный завтрак на любой вкус!!!

Так как останавливался очень часто в этом отеле, то могу сразу сказать что за период COVID19, пока Китай был закрыт, отель действительно износился и постарел. Это был первый раз когда я задумался взять в следующий раз другой отель. Для людей которые будут тут первый раз - почти идеальный отель.

Excellent stay, will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend to others.

Excellent location, easy access to subway, shops, restaurants. Very good breakfast with wide selection and different menu everyday. Cleanliness was very good. Comfortable bed and very good amenities in the room. Special thanks to Mr. Jonathan who is very knowledgeable, good command of English and his ability to communicate with guests.

Insufficient seating facilities in the lobby, especially during peak hours. Have counter staff who can converse in English.

Classy hotel!

The facilities were brilliant, we really enjoyed the room we were in. There were wonderful views at this hotel, especially coming up the elevator with the really inspirational music playing in the background! The late night noodle station was a nice bonus to have as an option if you were hungry at night too :)

Loved it and will stay here if I return to Shenzhen.

The location was perfect and having the reception on the 23rd floor was great to be out of the noise from the streets below and have a great view across the city. Jonathan was particularly accommodating and very helpful when looking for travel plans and tours. The noodle soup for breakfast and super from 9pm to 11pm was great and worth attending.
