The motel itself was great , one of the best I have stayed . The meet and greet was interesting .

Very clean and modern , good size and amenities , nice lighting

The staff looked at me and was wondering what I was doing there (since I'm a black fella) , then was shocked when I said that I had a booking. Country people , you gotta expect this .

Brilliant

The Palms Motel was excellent. Sadly the restaurant was not opened on the Sunday night for us to dine which would have suited us. The Manager was very friendly and helpful

Everything was amazing rooms were spotless staff were so amazing went out of their way to have a chat so helpful and friendly the pool was amazing loved everything about it highly recommend we will stay again for sure

Staff need improvement and check in needs to quicker

The 3bedroom apartment but chairs still up on the table and dishes still in the dishwasher.

Service at the restaurant we waited 1 hour for our meal even though we first there everyone else was served before us so don’t know what the problem was

Comfortable stay for group of 4

Comfortable, clean and spacious 3 bedroom unit. Reception were very warm, friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Unit looks a little tired and outdated and back porch area needs a little decorating with plants or garden, but overall great value for money

Would stay again but check services when booking, especially if travelling during public holidays.

Location was good. The room was spacious and the staff friendly. The grounds were well maintained. Parking was undercover and easy.

The bed was very firm as were the pillows. The soap supply in the shower was empty for our last morning. The room was not serviced over the Easter break. No meals were available despite advertising a restaurant being onsite at the time of making the booking.
